Bra mycket bra, rummet är stort och rent. Efter städningen hjälpte jag även min valp att sitta på sängen, söt!

Not a comfortable stay. Dented furniture, sofa covered in dust and front desk not friendly. But bedsheets and bathroom are clean. Location is convenient. Airport bus available. The standard is much lower compared to other hotels under the same chain. Would not recommend.

The hotel is clean. It is very near the mtr station besides lotte department store. It is also the start point of the airport limousine. The room is nice. We spent 4 nights and everyday, they clean up the room.

Best location. Room is spacious. Free BF and snacks everyday. Staffs are friendly.

The room was small, we had to do a force upgrade because there was an error in the system yet had to pay for all, the bathroom door didn’t close nor lock so thats something, there was a snack bar for free in the underground but it was dirty

Room was around at USD 100 per day but it has no city view, room space is too small, and the breakfast was not enough.

Very simple and clean! Tho I wasn’t aware that room cleaning was going to happen as it was something I wasn’t comfortable with but nevertheless, still a good experience

We booked a deluxe double with an extra bed for 3 people. Not sure what "deluxe" even means because when we got there we were surprised to see that they crammed a tiny cot into our already tiny room. There was barely any room for us to open our luggage, let alone sleep comfortably. We went down to see if we could get a larger room or book an extra room for my sister to stay comfortably. Unfortunately this hotel does not offer refunds, cancellations, or any accommodations. We booked a separate single room for my sister and were surprised to see that her room had two full sized beds and plenty of space. Not sure how they decided it's a good idea to put three people in a small room with a cot when they have bigger rooms with two large beds. Not only that, we paid $767 for this single bed room with a cot for 4 nights. My sister's room, $230. Oh and "city view" means you get to look out and see the side of the building next door unless you crane your neck to see a sliver of city. The location is nice, I guess. It's close to a transport station and several convenience stores. But for groups of 3+, I'd recommend booking elsewhere.

They don’t let me check in because they input the wrong price, or I have to pay more to check in. They promised me cancel free only without any other remedies. Trip.com customer service promised me reimburse after I provided payment proof. I brought an XL size suitcase and 2 heavy bags, spend my traffic and more than one hour to arrive, but leave disappointed and feeling humiliated somehow. I didn’t check in and still pay the rent. Because I want to write down this unpleasant memory.

We state here 8 days & check-in use more time for change the room because some room was dilapidated & damaged. But, Hotel has wash & dry machines.

Building exterior looks good. However, the room looks pretty run down. Met 3 male receptionist . Only 1 of them ( the youngest man) is helpful. Early check in is chargeable. Paid ard USD120 per night . Unsure if it’s good rate. Will look for better next trip to Seoul. Airport bus is approximately 8 min walk. It’s like $17,000 won per person. Location is good
