I stayed in this hotel for one night, the staff was nice and responsive. but for the room there was a lot of dust and hair that I found, Also for the toiletries we have to pay again in the reservation.

It’s completely a SCAM this hotel’s online photos look nice but has nothing to do with how real rooms look like. Very disgusting and no cleaning service everyday they only offer cleaning after u leave but reasonable for this price. And the AC is broken only has cold wind came out and it’s literally cold af in Seoul, asked the staff abt the AC she said she will turn on the heat on first floor I was like *** my room on 5th. I asked to cancel rest of the days and get refund the staff said I cannot. But I applied cancellation online it processed pretty fast shoutout to xiecheng. But still, such a waste of time that I had to carry my luggages around to the new place. I reserved five days and after first day I escaped as fast as I can.

It’s a love hotel. Room was dirty. Some lights were broken and light switch was finicky and dirty. Microwave sits on a box in the hall on level 3. Staff randomly opened my door while I was inside (wasn’t for room service)

For $28 I guess you receive what you pay for. Not the cleanest place and wouldn’t go back but it’s cheap

Don’t come here, it should not be considered a hotel, it is more a motel. They don’t tidy or replace the towels daily. The bedsheets are stained and have holes. Broken walls, poor hygiene. Don’t recommend.

Really amazing hotel, I spent 5 days there and got back there again and again. They were so nice, I highly recommend

The location and price were great, but the cleanliness was lacking, and the shower drain didn't work well.

The room looked a bit different from the advertisement. But it was small and comfortable enough to enjoy a short stay. The location is excellent, in the heart of Sinchon and near the station and main square.

The location is great but this is basically a love motel. The room was damp and dusty. The sheets and walls were stained and they only provided small hand towels. Everything was dusty and I found a s*x toy in the room. (Which the staff did remove) There was apparently a system on the door where you could alert the staff you would like the room cleaned but they never cleaned it and couldn’t offer me a new room when I asked to change. Much of the furniture and skirting boards are damaged from damp. Location wise it was good as it’s a few mins walk from sinchon station but if you struggle with hilly walks it might be inconvenient.

There was cockroach in the bathroom

Recommended to clean up all staff from floor to wall in every area, this place is -not suitable for person who have dust allergy, you can die here with dust, Musty, moldy room -unclean wall, toilet and bedsheet -sleeping with cockroaches However, Arjumma at front is nice. She is helpful and allowed us deposit luggage while I go to other provinces for a few days without charging extra fee and the shower and water are perfect for relaxing. Not recommending for visit until hotel renovation. Plus, room is small so we can’t open the baggage’s at the same time. Together, the toilet door is transparent so bare in mind if you are too shy to stay with friend
