I have never seen such a disgusting ridiculous hostel owner in my life.I have been traveling to Asian countries alone for 6 weeks.I arrived in Seoul on September 25th.I didn't get a line, I came in front of the hostel, he didn't send me the self check-in information, I tried to contact him many times, I called him many times via the application or by phone. My phone ran out of charge in front of the hostel.I charged my phone at another place and it was 22:20 when I tried to contact him again and he answered my phone and told me that he could not check in.When I came the next day, I wanted to leave my bag, he didn't let me, he screamed. The owner is a complete slut crazy rude disrespectful person. He shouted at the other customer who was trying to help me. She doesn't have a brain, she doesn't use it, and people like that run hostels. A fraudulent business if you don't check in for the first day, your other days are canceled and it won't give your money back. I hate him, I don't recommend you to go here at all. Trip.com he again gave me a refund for 2 days.
