Better than expected. We got there by taxi. Didn’t expect the neighbourhood to be pretty charming. The room was very spacious and my kids had a lot of fun in the jacuzzi! Convenient location, and great food from the Italian restaurant directly connected to and serving the hotel. Will definitely consider coming back again to stay if I come by Seoul!

The best hotel I ever stayed at!! Their service is great, front desk is so helpful, welcoming and warm. Made my stay in Korea extraordinary. Thank you! The area is also very close to metro station and bus stations, there are a lot of eateries around. The hotel provides amenities like shampoo, body wash…

My family and I went for a 2 weeks trip and during that time we stayed 3 times (we're travelling to different cities so we stayed in different hotels for a few days before coming back here again for another stay). We got a free upgrade for our room in our first stay, which left a great impression on us who were tired after a long flight. The amenities are surprisingly a lot and they're really good both in smell and in quality. Even the hair dryer was amazing. We checked out after 2 nights but kept some of our big luggages there since we're gonna come back in a few days. The manager helped to arrange and took care of our luggages, and his english was amazing, making communication really easy. They stated that breakfast is simple since it's free for everyone, but I would say the breakfast is really good and really fulfilling. The second time we got the regular room we're supposed to get in our first stay. We thought we will have outside bathrooms but no, there's still a bathtub, a bidet, great amenities, and even a foldable table. The overall room is still very cozy for the cheap price. We checked out and told the manager again that we're still gonna keep our luggage there till we come back again, and he took care of it once again. On the third stay, my family asked for a favor (that I can't really disclose) to the manager when we checked in for the third time. The manager agreed to help (maybe since we're probably considered "regulars" at this point) and even offer a bit more than what we asked, and he only asked that we give good reviews for them in google. Honestly, I've been planning to give them good reviews since the first stay, but now I'm convinced that this is such a great hotel with great people😆 I will definitely come back if I ever go back to Korea, and I will definitely recommend the place to others who are planning to stay in the area. The hotel is on a small street, so you have to walk a bit from the main street to get to the hotel. The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and it is quite close to the big streets, bus stops, and even subways. It's a really strategic place. It is probably the best budget hotel I've ever been in, and I will remember it for a long time. To Manager Charlie, the girl staff and the night shift man that I don't think I ever got the name, Thank you so much for your kind service and help. You've made me and my family's stay really memorable and especially enjoyable☺️

The room was clean. No bugs. All sheets and linens were new and free of any stain. The front desk staff spoke English very well, smiled a lot, and had a pleasing personality. The nearest subway station was just around the block. A 24-hour convenience store was also located just across the hotel. A lot of street food vendor and local restaurants around. The nearest 7-11 store was also around the blocj.

Second time stay here and location is good many restaurants nearby , not fat way from Sunway stations easy to go anywhere , so will choose again when I in Seoul

Rooms are relatively big compared to other hotels. Lots of amenities with and adjustable bed and jacuzzi. Free breakfast was sufficient though some fruits would be great. However, not allowed to pre inform to have a breakfast box if going for early tour.

It has 2 buildings. One building sound proof is very bad. Can hear street noise from street below in middle of the night as restaurants open till early morning. Room is too small for family. Fortunately I had another booking for my second leg stay at hotel in other adjacent building which was much larger and quiet.

Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will highly recommend this to everyone :) The hotel is conveniently located just 4 mins away from the sungshin university subway station which is just stations away from myeongdong and downtown. It provides free simple breakfast to every guest as well.

The room was clean.

The location is really good as it's near alot of restaurants and walkable distance to the underground subway. The room we booked was really small but reasonable for the price. The downsides are the room walls are thin and it has poor sound insulation. We can always hear people talking in the next room or in the corridors

staffs are very friendly and location is good, many restaurants and street food nearby. amenities were all provided as well. we stored our luggages with them after checkout to go to busan and went back again to stay for a few more days! requested for late check out on our last day at 1pm as it was raining heavily and manager charlie lee gladly said okay.

Nice spacious room with huge bathroom with separated bath tub, shower and toilet, only negative is the window in the room which is too small and also not user friendly.
