Great hotel to stay. The room was big and well equipped. Staffs from reception were very friendly and helpful. The fitness room & sauna were fantastic! I’m looking forward to my next stay now.

Right in the heart of Itaewon neighborhood. Walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend it.

It’s next to a lot of bars and clubs so if you want to sleep this is not a good hotel. It’s better for people who want to stay awake all night

It’s really loud and nothing special. It’s hard to sleep because of loud music.

Well it is the best hotel in Itaewon area as it is closest to the metro station but sadly the price is quite expensive. It is above the shops such as Olive Young

Good location, right by the subway system so, it’s easy to get to wherever you’re wanting to travel. Good food in the hotel as well as many restaurants nearby. Night life right nearby. Clean hotel!

My no.1 hotel in Seoul, the location was great you can connect both metro and bus in front of hotel and airport limousine drop you directly. Surrounded by Hannam and nice restaurant. Olive young and footlocker just spotted in front of hotel. If you dont mind about noisy this alternative was great !

Amazing location and amenities. Staff wasn't to friendly but still had an amazing time and will probably rebook purely because of the location.

Only problem was there was only one functional elevator. The hotel was full, and both the guests and the staff were sharing the elevator, often times with carts or lots of luggage. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time every time we needed access to and from the 3rd floor. The problem was not resolved in close to one week during our stay. Dropped our daughter at ASU for her freshman year of college.

There was no air conditioning and we did not know this beforehand. The room was extremely warm and stuck at 28 deg. It was also very noisy and we could hear the music till 7am.
