Great place, near a lot of hospitality business and it’s quite vibrant.

Overall good value for money, super spacious, amenity a bit old and no gym. But overall can’t complain, has all the essentials

The hotel staff were nice, it is at a great location about a 7 mins walk away from the nearest subway station. It has a convenient store right outside of it. The rooms are spacious, cleans and in general super comfortable.

Overall good quality Location is a bit hard to find … in the middle of the hill with significant slopes ⛰️ Good frond desk services, with qualified English speakers 👍 Rooms are big enough, but so much warmer than expected…

Nice hotel in a convenient location in Gangnam. 30 minutes walk away from Coex mall and about 20 minutes drive to Myeongdong. There are multiple restaurants and convenient stores near the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On our first night they shared some restaurant and things to do near the hotel and around Seoul on WhatsApp which was very helpful. The room was decent but the shower head needed some maintenance. I’d stay here again

The location of the hotel is superb! 6 min walk to yeoksam station, many restaurants & eating shops nearby. We arrived very early in the morning & they were kind enough to provide us a place with shower to freshen up. The lady at the night shift name Sue is such a lovely woman, we asked her any good jajangmyeong nearby and she is so sweet that she listed us 3 shops with remark of nearest, most popular & highest reviews then stick it at our door. I must say we had a great stay at the hotel, will definitely come back again!

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. We were helped really well with our late check-in after 23:00. We liked that they have a laundry room free of use. We didn’t use the gym but seemed all equipments needed were there. The room also had a nice Japanese style toilet and the water pressure of the shower was so good! Only negative part was the main attractions (palaces, Hongdae, old city) were quite far away. However, there are lots of restaurants and breakfast places closeby! The bed was also all the small side for us Dutch people (1.92m).

Short way from two subway stations, easy check in and check out, extremely welcoming reception. Rooms are good size compared to many hotels in Seoul. A lot of places to eat and supermarkets just around the hotel.

Spacious room, strategic location. Coffee machine at the lobby not well-utilized but good to have.

The hotel and location were very nice. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I found strange was that there are no service members on duty between 11:00pm and 8:00am (I might be off by 30 minutes). This wasn’t a big issue until my final night of stay, where the people staying next door were screaming at each other for an hour, and there was nobody to call to tell these people to shut up or leave. I would have done it myself, but as I was recovering from surgery, I wasn’t ready to throw elbows with anyone.
