While reviewing the hotels and residences in the Gangnam area offered on this platform, I found that La Casa Hotel provides the most reasonable room size, view and condition for the price among the 4-star options. However, this assessment is based on the East Wing. The overall value of the rooms in the West Wing is somewhat less favorable. In short, if you’re specifically looking to stay near ‘Sinsa,’ I recommend the East Wing of this hotel.

If I would have had to pay full price I would have been totally disappointed. Not a $200 USD a night hotel. Average hotel at best. Expensive for what they offer for Seoul. Room prices are higher because of the high end hotels around it.

Boutique hotel that comes with functional gym. Was given a room in the older wing that required some walking and lift-switching to get to. Room was spacious but facilities looked a little worn (could do with some upgrading). Room was also near to the busy road and could hear the sound of construction and traffic late into the night. Room’s walls and door were thin and could hear the sounds made by chambermaids and other guests easily even when door was fully closed. Felt that getting to the hotel was easier with bus than with train.

Nice location, the room is ok, but wardrobe door does not work well; it’s good value given the location.

The room was not clan and dusty on the ground. It seems like nobody has lived there for a long time ago. Lots of things are not working in the room like the power the tv, one night even the internet was not working. The staffs were not helpful but I guess it was because of some language barrier maybe ? The pillow was way too soft. I’m so disappointed because I was there before covid in 2017 and it was a pleasant stay and now it becomes very bad. I will not come back again.

walking not far from airport bus stop and so convenient in the shopping area. will come back for next time....

There is an express bus 6006 from/to the airport within 4 mins walking. Good location at Sinsadong!

Nice hotel and the location. Bus stop just located beside the hotel. Thanks hotel provided champagne for us because of our anniversary 👍👍👍 And they did provided us 1 day of H.O.A Live Night entrance fee. However, due to the time constraints, we unable to attend it. Hope to be back soon in the future.

Booked the hotel for a work trip, room is sufficiently large for 1 pax, plenty of space for luggage space. Location is very prime, walking distance to Sinsa station. However one downside is they are very strict on check in timing which is at 3pm. Even though they had rooms available earlier, they wouldn't allow you to check in early without paying early check in fee that charges per hour. Arrived at 1230pm, was told that check in only available at 3pm, but if i wanted to check in now, i needed to pay a per hour fee (from 1230 - 3pm) and check in now. I just left my luggage at storage, changed my clothes freshened up and left hotel for the day.

Good location

Beautiful clean room, spacious and great decoration. Bed was harder than I'm used to but it gave excellent sleep. Bathtub was sized great but not quite long enough for me being 187cm. Still very nice. Lots of restruants within waking distance and short walk from subway lines.
