Seoul Riviera Hotel recensioner

Från början när du bokade verkade detta hotell som ett utmärkt alternativ. Designen är snygg och antik. Det är ett bekvämt läge nära en busshållplats och tunnelbanestation. Personalen är tålmodig och hjälpsam. Det fanns dock flera problem i rummet. Lamporna har ingen strömbrytare eller knapp att släcka. Lamporna var tvungna att kopplas ur varje kväll innan man gick och la sig. Tyvärr gick det inte att koppla ur eller stänga av taklampan i garderoben alls. Rörelsesensorlampan tänds av sig själv mitt i natten medan du sover. Badrumsgolvet läckte vatten på flera ställen från brickan. Du kommer att debiteras för att använda tandkrämen och tandborsten. Det finns inte tillräckligt med universaluttag. Sammantaget är hotellet väldigt snyggt på ytan, men jag tror att rummen måste uppdateras och underhållas bättre.

Vi bodde på hotellet innan vårt bröllop eftersom lokalen låg i närheten. Läget var ok och personalen var vänlig.

Everytime i visited this hotel, different size of room is assigned for the same room title.

Stayed in grand twin room for 3 adult’s stay, the double bed was too small. Had to ask additional sleeper as there were only 2. Even though there are 3 guests, only 2 complimentary water.

The room itself was alright, but the space is very small. My friend and I had two checked in bags each. I could only open one clicked in luggage at a time because if we opened all of them up, there wouldn’t be any space to walk, much less store our luggage’s. The room we picked had two twin beds, but no outlets near any of of them. There were only 4 charge ports, two Korean outlets(type c), two American outlets (type b) at the desk area. If they got rid of the counter before the windows, there would be a lot more space so I don’t know why those counters were there.

I have booked two, when I extended one day it charged me around 80% of the amount of the first two days. Otherwaise the hotel was very good.

I've stayed at Riviera Hotel several times. The hotel is relatively clean though it does feel a bit old. The doorbell of the rooms are quite loud, so I usually put on the Do Not Disturb Sign and just have whoever knock on the door instead. The hotel is located along a main street so it's easy to get a taxi / Uber when needed. There's a Cafe and Restaurant in the lobby, but I wasn't a fan of their food / drinks. I found more restaurants and cafes around the corner which I liked.

My friend and I had a great time at this hotel. Check in was quick and efficient!

Value priced hotel if visiting apgujeong. AirPort Express bus stops nearby. Photo of hotel taken from actual express bus stop heading towards airport. Be careful anout bus schedule though. Website may not be up to date. Late at night I called front desk to set up wake up call for the next morning only to be told it can’t be done because reception are not working at this time. Thought that was odd Check out was a breeze. Luggage drop off counter was also very efficient.

The location is kinda okay, what's really impressive is the service and price, it's really worthy, will stay here for another stay!

Amazing experience, good bang for the buck and on top of everything the breakfast isn’t really good. I’d recommend the Hotel Riviera Soeul
