Savoy Hotel Myeongdong recensioner

Amazing location, in the heart of Myeongdong, walking distance to various shops, night market, Shinsegae 3D huge screen, and many restaurants. The subway station is only a 2-min walk. Savoy Hotel is clean and comfortable. There are big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion, they all smell really good. Friendly staff. We will be back!

I like shop at Myeongdong, easy find the things I want , Seoul.

You can't go wrong on the location it's in the middle of shopping and restaurants area. Room was clean and the size was good.

The location is good and the room was spacious. There's also 2 mrt lines nearby, and airport bus stop as well

Location is great. Just outside Myeongdong Exit 6. Though have to climb a flight of stairs up. But alternately can exit by Exit 7 and ride the escalator up. Room was spacious for 2 adults & 2 kids. We enjoyed our stay at Savoy.

Very close to myeongdong street and train station. Basic needs were met and staff are accommodating

Everything is good. Except with complimentary of drinking water and toothbrush. I was surprised because usually other hotel do provide this basic things. This is my second time staying this hotel. I remembered last time they do provide. If have Iron and iron board will be even better

Savoy Hotel Myeongdong is the worst hotel I have stayed so far although location is fantastic in the heart of Myeongdong night street and 5mins walk from Myeongdong metro exit 6. No toothbrush was provided. Staff was not friendly too when i request to change room she insist all the room aircon temperature is the same. Aircon is not cold at all just normal wind. As it was fully booked on the day I checked in. I requested for a fan for the night before changing to another room. After changing to another room. The aircon is worst. We have to sleep with a fan for 4 nights. I will not recommend this hotel.

Paid for the premium room to have more space with the family but light in room (living area) goes off every 10seconds. Requested for staff to fix it but they say thats the design because their customers are largely from Japan and Japanese prefer dim rooms (dont think this make sense at all). Requested for a change in room and they offered another room with the same lighting setup one day later which obviously doesnt resolve our issue. Worse of all, when we came back to the room one afternoon, we saw our room door was latched and not fully closed. Staff then told us they left it that way because they thought we were changing rooms and that we dont have to worry because they have CCTV in the corridor!

The hotel is located in Myeong-dong area and also very near the Line 4 -＞ Myeong-dong MRT station. We have been stayed so many times. Recommended hotel. 👍🏻
