Really five stars hotel , wonderful ambience and super service under each point of view

Pretty good, this hotel is near gangnam, so it's near and the subway is near. Though need walk up a hill.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel from January 3 to 7. What made our stay truly special was the exceptional service provided by the staff. We were celebrating our anniversary, and upon learning this, Hymon (I might have his name incorrect but he is one of the male staff that spoke very good english and checked us in on the evening of Jan 3) , one of the staff members, kindly upgraded our room. The special amenities waiting for us in the room were a lovely touch and made us feel valued guests. We were thoroughly impressed by the staff's attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location and amenities were also excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful gestures. Thank you, Novotel team, for making our anniversary celebration so special!

My VIP customers stayed in this hotel. The hotel is clean and the service is nice. But the room is kind of tiny. The gym and pool are nice.

Poor choice of breakfast and item included. Can have a much better option other places. Not really worth the price

Good Location. They have so many stores and restaurants nearby the hotel. Convenient Store just opposite from hotel. The crossing way is in front of hotel. Very convenience.

It is a good location. The room is good size for me and my wife and have every facilities. We feel comfortable. The hotel's location is good. It is close to subway line 9 which is on the left side, taking us to the domestic and international airports. The subway line 2 on the right sides taking us to most of the attractions. There is a resturants steet which you can eat anythings. There are 7-11 and CU opposite the road and you can buy water and soft drinks. The bad thing is that it on a slope and need a bit of walk uphill from stations. Nevertheless, we will stay in this hotel in future even though the room cost is on the high side.

Good location just 7mins walk to subway, a lot of restaurant and shop around the hotel. airport shuttle bus at front of hotel breakfast is nice :)

The hotel is situated in a wonderful area, surrounded by restaurants and shops where you can find everything you need. It's perfect for a business trip!

The first day was unclean and the bed sheets was quite itchy After the day, the room lady cleaned my room carefully. Gym room is very good The staff are generally nice but one or two are just fair.

Serive is excllent, food is great, gym is big and clean, sauna is great

Great place, good location however lacking dental amenity so do prepare beforehand

Our stay at the hotel was very nice. Bed are super comfortable. The team was super helpful to find out a lost belongings in the taxi. The price for breakfast is too high for us (55k). We decided to go outside to take our breakfast. We recommend.
