Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan recensioner

Spending a night in a room fully decorated with Cinnamoroll—would it be worth it? I expected it would be, and so I booked the Cinnamoroll character room at Novotel Suites Ambassador Yongsan. My child was even happier than I had imagined, and we were able to enjoy a truly relaxing time together. The swimming pool was a bit small, but since there weren’t many people at the time we used it, we were able to enjoy a peaceful swim. The food package included in the Cinnamoroll room package was perfect for our hungry post-swim time. It tasted great and came with pizza, steak, salad, and drinks—an excellent combination. However, despite booking for two adults and one child, the room was only prepared for two people in terms of towels, slippers, and bottled water. That lack of attention to detail was a bit disappointing. Also, the robe and plush toy provided as part of the Cinnamoroll amenities weren’t packed in anything, which made them inconvenient to carry. It would be great if the hotel could consider things more from the guest's perspective.

Hotel is near Yongsan Station and convenient to many tourist attractions. Room is big but doesn't have simple cooking facilities, e.g. bread oven, electric stove, and kitchen utensils, hence more like a hotel room than a suite or aparthotel.

The hotel is very convenient located at across Yongsan station walk distance with elevator access directly to bridge walkway. I stayed in the normal novotel ambassador deluxe room as well as the suit both are clean and have everything you need. Suit gives you free access to the spa area. Would recommend booking this hotel also due to friendliness and helping staff. They managed to get me early checking after switching rooms. Also the view is amazing as attached picture show.

Very excellent accommodation. Smart home, automatic curtains. Amazing view in the evening. During a day view on building, which you dint notice in the night. Very close to metro station and trains KTX

The most amazing hotel me and my wife stayed at during the last part of our trip. It was so perfect and relaxing we didnt want to leave the room. Everything including a laundry machine that was also a dryer in our room. The bidet toilet was magical. the location to youngsan station made it so easy for us to explore the city and return to our hotel with ease. The connecting casino and ipark mall was also amazing.

I sometimes come to this hotel because the view is very nice and I like the room. I would like to visit here again soon

Had such a wonderful stay at novotel suites in seoul! The location is absolutely fabulous and the services is amazing!! And dont get me started with the view of the room!!! The hotel have a great view on 31/F, it’s near Metro station about 10 min walk

It's my favourite hotel in Seoul! Located in a peaceful Yongsan neighbourhood, it's perfectly balanced between tranquillity and convenience. The train station is just a stone's throw away, and Seoul Station is only 2 stops away, making it an ideal base for exploring. Highly recommend!

Room was spacious and nice. Was busy with work so no time to explore/experience nuch in the hotel. Overall, happy with the stay. Oh, the room had a nice view too!

Excellent location (right next to Yongsan station/MRT /to-airport bus) and good service! Room is very clean with great river view from high floor up. We had enjoyed our stay in Novotel and will definitely come back when revisiting Seoul~

This hotel, located in Yongsan, Seoul, is not easily accessible without a car. Even though it's connected to a subway station, it requires some walking. However, the hotel facilities and breakfast are excellent. The view from the hotel is also very good. However, I'm not sure if the hotel blends well with the surrounding scenery.

Good location, spacious room, washing machine in the room, comfortable bed.
