I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located in Jamsil, where you can do shopping, walk around the Seokchon lake, and enjoy food from nice restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and everything was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the lounged located on the first floor.

Excellent service.  Traditional hotel and all just works!  Kid pool and playground is pretty good and clean to use.

Had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel. Room is nice, clean and quiet spacious Location is really good. It is link to Lotte mall and also to metro line 2. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Will def retuen for our next trip to Seoul.

The ground floor lobby reception is grand. The hotel room is impressive. But, the film " May your day shine brighter than the stars" affects the city view. The ventilation of bathroom is too weak as it can't exhaust the hot air and smell from the toilet.

Reason to stay here is because it is next to Lotte World Park! Nice stay, clean and luxurious environment. Good shopping nearby too. Didn't take airport bus downstairs since we have much luggages and it cost about same with cab at around SGD60.
