LOTTE City Hotel Gimpo Airport recensioner

Very convenient hotel near the airport. It takes just 3 min walk to get in. A good mall and park nearby.

A neat and clean hotel. The location was very convenient, across the road from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and the check in and out process was effortless.

The service is great. Especially the front officer Mr. Tim Kim, he helped us to order delivery and offering great services. My family feel so warm and comfortable.

Still a bit of walk to the airport otherwise it's a good hotel to stay in

The hotel is suitable for a layover but the price is too high for what you’re getting. A lot of hotels in Seoul have extreme notions about their hotel and the prices they charge and this hotel is no exception. The room is a decent size and it’s close to the airport. The staff were friendly.

Excellent hotel, good service. We also stored our luggage there while going to Jeju island. Very convenient and close to airport.

It was convenient to stay just by the airport but it was so hard to find in the evening, as there was no clear sign after we arrived Lotte Mall. Hope the hotel will show more details of direction… Room: clean but simple not enough amenities. And even tea/coffee were also very simple one…at least they provided a bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast: A Standard breakfast which is mix of Western and Korean, it was nice but some of the foos was dried and looked not fresh. ( like cheese and hams ) It was disappointing that they only had Americano coffee in their coffee maker machine and their coffee was not great…it was not tasty at all…but stuffs who were working there were nice wand friendly! Location: it was hard to find at the beginning but it’s very convenient since the hotel is just few minutes away from the airport. Also the hotel is directly connected with is Lotte Mall which was very convenient during our stay as there are a lot of options of restaurants around!

It was a satisfactory stay overall. With its proximity to Gimpo airport which is just across the road, this hotel would be the best choice for passengers catching an early morning flight.

Great location to use the Gimpo airport. It has a big shopping mall under the hotel and is connected to many subway lines. It just takes 30mins to Seoul station and most of sightseeing areas. Staff pleasant and efficient. Good size rooms. Small CU store in the lobby.

Great location especially if you are arriving or departing from Gimpo airport. Has a decent mall attached, big enough to kill a few hours or do an overnight stay. Wouldn't necessarily use this location if accessing central Seoul for a few days is your objective because even though you have great metro access from the hotel, it's still quite a distance to the tourist areas within central Seoul. But if it because you have a 12 to 24hr layover before catching another flight out of gimpo, it's a really nice hotel to use.

Front desk has impeccable service. I am very satisfied with my stay this time. Will definitely visit again in future and also recommend to family and friends.

Classy interior, spacious room, courteous staffs. Location and convinient. A bit pricey.
