Amazing stay at a classic hotel celebrating its 110 anniversary this year. Exemplary service from each of the staff. Airport limousine bus stopped directly at the hotel which was super convenient.

you can't beat the location of The Westin. Right across the street from Myeongdong, such easy transport options all around. The room are now slightly dated but the rest of the hotel and amenities (gym + sauna) are top notch.

A good location for duty free shopping and Myongdong shopping streets. Nice in room service and food.

Outstanding service and very international! View was lovely and everything is right next to Myeongdong Market, which is a very central location for people visiting Seoul for the first time. And thank you to Pingko for the lovely birthday message and gift!

The location and the services are good. Althought the hotel is still clean, it is quite old indeed

Very good location, hygiene and quality service with high efficiency. Highly recommended and will come again for the next trip.

The staff is very helpful, he helped me to call a taxi to ski court and carefully double checked the address.

Room condition pretty old and requires refurbish (bathtub is yellow and some furniture are old). Overall, it’s a safe bet hotel especially for a last minute trip. It’s a good location to not be in the middle of myeongdong busy streets.

The stay this time round fell short compared to previous stays as basic necessities like toothbrush, toothpaste and razor now comes with a fee to “promote recycling”. In my opinion, for guests like myself who came without preparing, it kind of makes no sense since buying them from the hotel or the convenience store wouldn’t make any difference anyway - it would eventually be thrown away upon leaving the hotel

Excellent location, club lounge services and polite staff. A nice, quiet environment matters, given the construction works around.

Location is perfect. Staff at concierge is great, speaks English and helpful. That’s about it. For a hotel charging 5* pricing, the quality of the service and management of hotel can be improved in many areas. For me, the hotel did not respond to any of the emails before my stay causing some level of uncertainty for me. Information during check in was unclear and caused misunderstanding. Pool is closed for cleaning from 6-7pm. Why during prime hour?! Staff chased people out of the shower room at 6pm sharp, not allowing to take a quick shower. It’s totally off putting. Hotel room is spacious but dated. Oh pls bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Not sure if it’s country’s policy or the hotel’s policy but again, am surprised by the lack of it in Westin. By now, I’m really regretting staying here.

Very nice hotel. Staffs friendly and speaks english very well. Btw, pool was small. Kids and cant swimmers fully.
