The hotel is so close with outlet mall which is very convenient for someone who likes shopping. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sparkling.

It is a big hotel. Room spacious and comfy. Friendly and helpful front office. Easy check in and check out. Good breakfast spread, same as other hotel breakfast. Have free shuttle to Mitsui. Have swimming pool dedicated only for women.

If looking for hotel nearby the airport, this probably good choice for comfort stay. But i hope the hotel could consider to improve the internet speed in future as i have to switch to use my mobile data sometimes.

Very near to airport, we checked in at afternoon and go for a shopping in Mitsui outlet, it was just 5 mins driving distance

The hotel is so beautiful I like the design, the receptionist was so friendly & promptly replied to my questions The breakfast also ok The hotel also has chocolate hour for in house guest, which is sooo cool My daughter can go to kids room, swimming pool & even feed the fish

Located just 10 minutes from KLIA 1, this hotel is a great place to unwind for the night before a long haul flight. Well appointed rooms and wonderful hospitality. They provide shuttle to KLIA which makes traveling so much more convenient.

We had a wonderful stay here. The architecture is absolutely stunning, with a grand lobby that immediately makes you feel welcome, setting it apart from other hotels. While it’s perfect for airport transit, it’s also a fantastic choice for a staycation. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks and treated to a delightful chocolate buffet. We had a great time relaxing with the movie channels and enjoying an evening swim. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, which made for a truly restful night. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I need to catch an early morning flight from KLIA. Highly recommended!

Great location for a quick transfer layover. More shuttles could provide greater convenience to and fro  shopping as well as hotel. Swimming pool was quite a nice amenity.

We were able to check in before 2pm, check in time was 3pm. Stayed at fourth floor room aircon was not cold, called the maintenance and managed to fix it 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Breakfast I would rate 7/10, plenty variety, mee soup, roti canai, nasi lemak. The best is the free shuttle service to mitsui outlet and airport. There’s a schedule for the transport near the concierge. If you take the Grab would cost you rm30 , the distance from the hotel to Mitsui is only 0.8km, it’s near but not recommended to walk.
