Very clean. Walking distance to nearby attractions.

Quite confusing service especially to check in and unfortunately, was required to check out early by late before 10 am. Facilities are minimal. With the current price, not recommend this lodge for those whose are local.

環境特別好，在大自然之中所以蟲子和鳥鳴比較多。衞生間淋浴是一體的，比較乾淨。酒店的狗和貓都很可愛親人。餐廳的菜品不多，有限時供應時間。離RDC很近，步行10分鐘即達。酒店前台工作人員也很友好。前台的wifi信號最好，房間裏很弱幾乎沒有。總體來説會再次預訂的。

Приятный отель с красивой территорией. Очень удобное расположением: в пешей доступности и Rainforest Discovery Center, и Orangutan rehabilitation center. Отдельно хочу отметить потрясающий душ.

Отель находится в джунглях со всеми вытекающими отсюда приятными и неприятными моментами. Из приятного: непосредственная близость к Центрам реабилитации орангутанов и солнечных медведей, а также к Центру изучения дождевых лесов. 5-15 минут ходьбы. Прекрасная, почти нетронутая человеком природа вокруг. Территория отеля ухоженная и приятная. Номера хорошие с просторными санузлами. Есть кондиционер, который вполне сносно работает. Из плохого: невкусная однообразная еда ( альтернативы нет, мы в джунглях) завтраки съедобные, но не более, плохо обученный персонал в кафе, еле теплая вода в душе по утрам (голову помыть не решилась), отсутствие в номере щеток, расчесок, фена и т.д. Однако, все это простительно, объяснимо, и я бы не стала бы об этом писать, если бы не «вишенка на торте»: просто отвратительные подушки. Кусок высокого плотного поролона, от которого через минуту затекает шея. Уснуть на такой - задача не из простых. Условиями джунглей это издевательство над посетителями объяснить сложно.

Very cozy, friendly… love the serenity of the surroundings… worth to come here for soul, mind retreat and “detox” from the busy city life! The people here are all helpful and humble.. will definitely come back again with friends and family!

All good. The rooms are clean, although the pillows are very hard. The shower area is standard for Malaysia . We had to wait at reception but the lady was pleasant although she gave us a room overlooking the back which has not very good views or ambience
