Decent hotel surrounded by fancy restaurants and convenience stores. The room is not sound proof so please expect some noise from the surroundings 😅

************* all went well after spending my business trip in Putrajaya for the 4D3N. Overal from 10 i can give 8 stars. The receptionist was very helpful and informative, we can ask any and they will kindly help as they can. This hotel to IOI Mall is not too far, just walking distance around 0.4km one way

Nice stay, easy to the mall access and many shops around the hotel. suitable for business traveller and family trip. Nice.

We got a room that aircond has leaking. Only one small dustbin provided in the room. The towel also quite dirty. Overall 6/10.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed! Please don't stay here, unless u dont have any other choice.. The Worst service and facilities. Not worth every single penny i paid. Apart from the location nearby eateries and IOI City Mall, theres nothing good about this hotel. I booked from trip a family room, i came with wife and 3 kids, but the staff said its fully booked, ended up they gave us 2 king size room (505 &. 506), no connecting door, so we had to split up. The room size is quite small. The room is not sound proof (as theres a gap over the wall, separating the next rooms). U can hear every single word the other occupants' conversation. The bed is too hard, the pillow is too thin, the towel is small and thin n non absorbable. The tv remote is broken, n they hv no replacement for that. Apparently, they have only one tv channel (some overseas news), when asked, the staff sd its under maintenance. The bathroom wall has a section with transparent glass, only covered by some cheap and light blind that keep moving. Imagine, having to use the bathroom with ur children inside the room. Parking nearby hotel is very limited, theres a free basement car park but u have to walk a bit. Overall very dissapointing. This is the first and the last visit for us..

Basic room with limited amenities. The front desk isn't particularly friendly, and the price seems high considering the limited facilities provided.

Terrible experience! A few months ago I booked and paid in full to this hotel.. When I got to the hotel to check in and was then informed that there was no room for me to stay! Then tell me I can't get my refund! WHAT? This is not my problem! Then got a female staff to let me stay in her room! At first I agreed because I was tired! But I was still hesitant not to stay in.. Because 1. inside the room have her items. 2. No shower water for me to take a bath 3. I feel insecure 4. to be honest I feel pity for her... If I sleep at her bed, where can she sleep at night? Then I decided to change hotels and get my money back! Then I went to the lobby again and was suddenly informed by another male staff member that there was a room that had just been cleaned... But why suddenly there was a room still not telling me the truth? This is because there are still many customers who face the same problem as me these days and look at the fate of who can stay here?

Not clean & the room not hygien alot of dusk… smell also not good

The hotel was nice,the room was comfortable for short stay,but the toilet smell urine like didnt properly cleaned,the towel is also stinky,and the pillow is terrible,should replace it,but i like the free flow water dispenser

Checked in after 12 midnight, the receptionists were kind to assist me. RM50 cash as deposit, refundable upon checkout. I stayed for 2 nights. Parking in basement (better near the basement entrance area, as it is closer to walk up via stairs to the hotel) or can also park in front of the hotel, but many of the carparks were reserved. Don't double park. The room was clean with working table. Sadly the chair provided in my room was already broken. Towels provided were quite small for a big guy, plus there are old stains on the towels. In the bathroom no soap was provided. I even asked on the next day for a room service and to top up the soap, but both didn't happen. Quite dissapointed with the room service and amenities. Nevertheless, the location is good, has 7 eleven and some eateries with coffee shops nearby, close to IOI city mall, Hospital Serdang & UPM. Overall, I slept well and had a good rest at the hotel.

So many things need to improve. Broken chair, broken shower head and aircond problem. I had to changed room twice because of the aircond problem. The only thing i like just only the location coz near to Mall and my company.

Hall carpet looks horrible. Shower hanger broken. One of towel looks disgusting

The room are not clean, it was very dusty. The toilet were not cleaned well. The toilet biwl were repair, they didn't even checked the room before the guest stay. They should install mirror in the room for guest's convenience, it was difficult to see the mirror in the toilet everytime.
