Never ever stay in this hotel. Dirty = room never been clean as they dont have cleaning staff, towel never been change. The bedsheet is so dirty and full of writing. Service is very bad, i can open my neighbors room using my card key. Service staff only smile and said ok, but never do any cleaning during my 4days 3 night stay. The corridor of the room is dirty and smelly. Will never ever go to this hotel anymore

The basic amenities like toothbrush,toothpaste,body shower, shampoo etc are not provided. No tea cup/glass in the room, only got it upon request.

Check in bilik...tp x de towel...xde cadar...dh minta dekat receptionist...d hantar towel mcm x basuh...bau s**t.

Decent hotel surrounded by fancy restaurants and convenience stores. The room is not sound proof so please expect some noise from the surroundings 😅

************* all went well after spending my business trip in Putrajaya for the 4D3N. Overal from 10 i can give 8 stars. The receptionist was very helpful and informative, we can ask any and they will kindly help as they can. This hotel to IOI Mall is not too far, just walking distance around 0.4km one way

So far it is great for the locations & cleanliness but, as for the service it is quite disappointing. Because I got a room with a non-function water heater, the next day my friend went to the reception to tell us the problem to fix it while we were going out but after we got back it still did not function and I had to go back down to the reception to complain about it again, luckily we managed to change room but the room we changed also have problem like the light at the head bed is not function and the water heater also not fully warm.

Nice stay, easy to the mall access and many shops around the hotel. suitable for business traveller and family trip. Nice.

Checking in experience smooth. Stayed at Deluxe Queen. The room was spacious and equipped with a mini fridge. So far, my stays were pretty good and definitely will come back again.

We got a room that aircond has leaking. Only one small dustbin provided in the room. The towel also quite dirty. Overall 6/10.

The room tv not working , water pressure - low , noisy sound from the water tap next door .. Un comfortable bed n pillow

so far i stayed in this hotel, the service was good, the room is clean, near with the shopping centre .. i will recommend everyone to stay in this hotel
