The resort is beautifully nestled in lush greenery, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. The accommodations are not only luxurious but also eco-conscious, blending seamlessly with the environment. The attention to detail in the design and the use of sustainable materials really set Shorea apart. I appreciated the resort’s commitment to preserving nature without compromising comfort. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure a memorable stay. The personalized service made me feel like I was at a home away from home. Very Good stay and comfortable with a natural environment , loving the pool and food. Staff Name Amirul and other staff was very good on welcoming us and very helpful on our each request and also arranging the food. totally amazing with the nature , sound of birds and greenish.

Can say my most relaxing experience. Not too much noise even though there's a family staying at the same time, perhaps due to their layout that offers privacy to the guests. The main pool is sharing but our Villa Cassia which was not too big, with only a little bit of space for the bed and bathroom, has a small private pool in front of the room. We had bbq, and the staffs had given us such pleasant service throughout and offer help from time to time. They are also punctual with the timing that we have requested. Overall, everything from the arrival until departure was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend.

The Shorea are the best nature retreat for any occasion.the mountain view and surrounding are really great and spectacular.you will get treated by helpful staff.the pool and main kitchen also clean where you can swim and cook yourself.nice vacation

We would like to express our much appreciation to Syaiful and the team for accommodating our very late check in and serving the food right after. They came out to look for us knowing that we could be lost 😅. It was a very comfortable stay for us and was a breeze checking out and oh ya ! The fun basket breakfast as well. Very nice pool too. Insyallah, if we can, we will come again to spend longer time here. Nice time and nice place for a peaceful retreat.

It is so beautiful and relaxing. the environment has stunning view, the staff are very polite and helpful.evenso, the resort could maybe focus on the hygiene surroundings.but overall the resort has no issues aside what i had just said. ❤️❤️❤️

We booked for 7 pax and there was enough beds for us. Even though it was raining, we still had a good time. Their service is great and flexible and the food was great. Can't complain!. We left our iPod and they called us to let us know so now they will post it to us. Thank you so much!!!

We stayed for two nights at Villa Shorea and Villa Halia. The place is visually stunning—the architecture and the views are fantastic. Before we arrived, we read that it was a little run-down, and we were completely willing to accept this. However, we were not prepared for the state of cleanliness of the property. We were very taken aback. There was a layer of dust everywhere, and places like corners and edges of shelves and top of fridges were filthy. The towels were stained, worn out thin and one even had very frayed edges. The curtains were also filthy, and most had hooks missing. There was a used dirty cup with leftover tea, presumably left by previous visitors, in one of the fridges. The Shorea is probably the most expensive place to stay in the area, and we were expecting a much better level of cleanliness for the excessive amount we paid. The property has an army of staff, who are generally courteous. But there is a dire need for housekeeping training. It is a shame that such a beautiful place is not adequately managed.
