I came in for late check in and the hotel refuse my permission to get a room. I was left unprepared for my business meeting because I was denied to get a room to bath anx rest which I already booked amd paid thru trip.com.
The receptionist cannot give a satisfactory answer and suggested that we have to pay extra on another booking in order to use the room. I think thiz is the worst experience with trip.com due to the hotel-s irresponsibility in fullfilling customer from trip.com.
I will never book this hotel again.
They are so irresponaible.
I would like to request a refund for this.
I had been using trip.com a lot which was good and this hotel is the worst experience. They akso told me that thier bos can handle this but they refuse to contact thier boss.
