Perfect stay. Perfect location. The lodge is very beautiful and the team is very welcoming

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed your stay. The buffets were top tier and the activities that the hotel offers are really well organized and the drivers are friendly and really knowledgeable about where to find most of the animals. Really recommend!

酒店位置在馬拉三角洲，但是十月份這邊動物其實沒有大遷徙的時候多。還是Ashnil那邊位置更好。如果是平季價格可以住，旺季價格就算了

Everything was perfect from the hotel services to the meals …but a baby pool would be a plus to Families visiting with kids

Location and views were everything!! Customer service was superb. I wish I didn’t have to hear my neighbors conversations but overall it was a great stay

We booked our stay at Mara Serena Safari Lodge over two months ago and have been trying to arrange game drives and experiences for our upcoming trip. We used the booking link on their website and initially received one response asking about the origin of our journey. We replied promptly, but after that we never heard back again, and that was over a month ago. Since then, we have sent multiple emails, called several times, and reached out through social media with no response at all. Our trip is now only six weeks away, and it is very concerning that a property of this reputation has been completely unreachable regarding such an important part of the safari experience. We were excited for this trip, but the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing and stressful. We hope management sees this review and contacts us promptly.

I had an amazing experience at the lodge. The reception was great from our time of arrival to departure. Very warm and friendly people at the lodge. The rooms were also excellent with an amazing view of the Mara Triangle and Great Mara from the balcony. The view is also great from the lounging area. Can't wait to return to the lodge again. See you later guys.

When we walked into the open lobby we were struck by the beauty of the openness to the outdoors . You could see the vast plains of Africa and the animals were right there. The staff were very attentive from first greeting us to the servers in the restaurant. The rooms are a bit worn but once again staff ensured they were very clean and they offered bed turn down including mosquito netting. The food was excellent. We had a box lunch for one of our days and it was packed ! Very delicious. Thank you to all the staff that made our trip special.

I had an excellent stay for two nights at Mara Serena. The reception was out of this world. Despite arriving at 8.15pm we were received like royalties ... I and my three colleagues. Thanks to Mr. Mburugu, Wilson and Duncan. Despite how late it was they were as fresh as if it was in the morning. Even all my colleagues were surprised. We were swiftly attended to our satisfaction had dinner and enjoyed it. Our rooms were great. I enjoyed working from my rooms. The view and WiFi was just great. Sunrise was great and sunset greater. . I just loved my working trip. Mara Serena is the bomb. I look forward to my next trip there.

Mara Serena has a special spot in the Mara, including handy air strip. The views from the lodge are terrific and the game drives are excellent. We saw the Big 5 within two days including two leopards. The lodge has a nice pool, which is helpful if you’ve got energetic kids. The Hippo Pools breakfast is well worth it. Generally speaking the F&B gets a touch repetitive but it’s a good, solid buffet. As ever in Kenya, the staff are super friendly and helpful.
