Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge

As a travel advisor you have to be open to the experience you may not be use to so you can share first hand the beauty others should have an opportunity to enjoy. What a wonderful piece of heaven. This location has the best staff, excellent tents and good food. I look forward to bring my clients here for this experience.

Central Serengeti is crowded with many cars, and we did experiment some tension between jeeps for hard to see animals. Indeed, we did see there amazing scenes there. 1 night – 3 rooms – 6 guests Hotel: Impressive view over Serengeti. Pleasant pool & pool bar, irresistible pet gazelle. Very crowed place. Room: Nice huts. Small room not climatized/only fan, private small terrasse. On ground floor no window can be open at night, as lodge is in the park. At first floor, room is hot, and we had opened all window during dinner but the house keeping service did close it all… Food: all buffet, with a wide choice and a lot of Indian food. Lunch box with sandwiches that were easily transported in the plane.

It was our first visit to the Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge and we really liked this place. Great location, professional service and an extremely nice atmosphere. We admired the animal world with the help of Evans, the Imbasa driver. Whoever hasn't been here must come here.

Absolutely loved our stay at this great hotel. Nickson, the manager, has a great staff who all provide exceptional service, and personalized kindness, to their guests. We felt genuinely cared for by everyone at the hotel. Special recognition to the great service and treatment from Reinhard, Marcello, Jackson, and the young woman who hosts the restaurant (sorry, don't remember seeing a name tag, but she always remembered our room #). These people are very thoughtful and considerate, and, after meeting Nickson, you can tell it's the culture they intentionally create. Our bungalow was great, and the view of the sunrise was terrific. The grounds are very well kept. Loved seeing the Dik Diks and other animals around. It was a very serene environment that fit perfectly with being in the great Serengeti. Thank you for making our stay terrific! Overall, this was our favorite accommodation on entire East Africa trip.

One in life time safari trip. Serengeti is so big , you need to track so many miles. One place seen 16 lion family parade. Leopard on tree. Hippopotamus pond with hundreds of them. Countless number of Zebra, Elephants, wildebeests, Impalas, Okapis, Gazelles etc. Safari services by Cosmic safaris (Nairobi) & Buck Bush safaris ( Arusha) were awesome. Drivers were excellent and courteous.

After a long day on a dusty safari you just want a good meal and a nice bed. This hotel exceeds that expectation. The rooms are unique and beautiful with an amazing view. The bed is super comfy and the shower is hot and powerful. We loved the food. There were dozens of choices even for the most select palates. The service was as good as anywhere in the world.
