Double Room. The hotel room was overall clean and spacious, with a comfortable and large bed. The washroom was a bit small, but it didn't affect the convenience of a short stay. The hotel has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh feel. Its location is very convenient, as it's within walking distance to The Mines Shopping Centre, making it easy to access dining and shopping options. The only downside was the absence of a fridge in the room, but this was mitigated by the availability of a self-service store in the lobby where cold drinks could be purchased. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money.

The hotel location is just next to the mall, the room is big but very dispointed, the floor many dust; the table very dirty and still have the sticky stains for both the bedhead table and coffee tableI have to clean myself, jus don't understand the basics things can't done; the towel plz see the pictures, the air-con control can't see the screen; the shower head only has very hot (like boiled water that cannot take shower, lucky friend in other room able to use their room to take shower; call reception always no answer; no mini fridge in room; asked for extra pillows cost RM3 per one; the 7-11 downstairs closed at night. All pictures for your reference only, maybe I am the only unlucky one.

Not bad , clean . I don’t like the bathroom and toilet too small and glass type . Not suitable for family and friends that have male and female.

Excellent location. Easily accessible to food outlet. Customer service is helpful and friendly. Hotel itself is very clean

Many rooms in the hotel, basic amenities provided, 7-11 is at the hotel lobby, but do take note of its opening and closing time.

The hotel location very strategic. Room wise quite big. Major in love.

Need to repair the broken tile...better check first before giving it to the customer..poor maintenance
