Upon chk in, we were told that the hotel were fully booked. They asked us to cancel our booking, but we asked for refund which they refused. Then, they told us to go to their other hotel, but failed to give us the location. We waited for an hour for them to give us the correct address. Really miserable and horrible experience. Will not deal with them again. Even, the hotel address in the apps also lead us to a housing area nearby. Inaccurate location too and they blame their management. A very frustrated experience overall.
