Our stay was wonderful! All staff spoke acceptable English and were exceptionally helpful and courteous. The quality of food and choice of restaurants was great. Wide selection of drinks. Evening entertainment is on par with West End shows. The resort is clean and well looked after. The only drawbacks were: 1) the absence of wifi signal in rooms (however, in the lobby, halls and outside the wifi was fast and truly unlimited), and 2) absolutely everyone was smoking everywhere outside, so we had to spend most of the time either inside, in the sea, or constantly roaming between the places where the cigarette smoke didn't reach (but I suppose it's the problem of every hotel and public place in Turkey).

I gave it 4 due to a few things Booked for 4 people me and my partner was celebrating our 40th year together I did email them to say could we have a nice room with balcony’s ( they did put special fruit platter wine etc which was lovely ) My friends also smokers got the worse room with no balcony asked 3 times to try and change it no one helped at all We got a bog standard room with partial room view but over looked the stinky kitchen roof vents absolutely stunk every morning but worse at night Room was t cleaned everyday Essentials wasn’t restocked re water coffee Towels loo rolls etc had to either walk back down or ring up which shouldn’t have happened!shower room definitely needs some attention actual shower was very loose and grout was mouldy So that’s my moaning So now onto the hotel food beach etc The entertainment was really good they did go above and beyond to try and do good shows Food was great could complain enough choice and snacks ice cream churros all through day Drinks pretty good They could t make a mojito shame as favourite drink Beach was good plenty of sunbeds Can’t fault any staff Spent the 13 days at beach pool to noisy But that’s our choice as we love the beach No shops outside which was rubbish had to get bus£1 or taxi cost £35 return ripoff I enjoyed my staff except for the things I e mentioned

We are currently holidaying in the Crystal Tat Beach as a family of 5 (4 adults and 1 child). We have spent the past 3 days in the beachfront pavilions and the amazing, tentative, funny Frukan has made our experience even more enjoyable. He really makes you feel relaxed and cannot do enough throughout the day to make your experience special. Thank you Frukan

Excellent hospitality, great venue. Very kind crew, good pools, nice sea side. The food and beverages services are also good. Recommended for a family vacation or stay with friends. Lovely place, even a lot of people are in the hotel, no crowd, neither in the pool, nor in the restaurant.
