Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

My wife and I are here at the moment, literally we saw the UFO's on top of the hotel and said yep that's the place for us 🤣🤣. So pro's Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and others pampering you. Cons. So we arrived on Monday around 1:30am, so got up at 9 for breakfast as we had a meeting with the rep at 11am unfortunately food was quite cold as you read in other reviews but edible. We had an excursion on Tues morning so went down for breakfast at 07:00 and food was nice and warm unfortunately all the covers of the food was open so if you go down later hence why the food is cold. Food can be repetitive which can be the same as any all inclusive you go. Ok now down to the bits which are upsetting us. Cats, cats,cats and more cats. They wander through the hotel as if they own the place, spraying scent over most surfaces and tonight underneath the serving counter in the restaurant was a cat paw trying to claw my wife's leg, sorry food is being served and there are cats underneath them. I don't know many 5 star hotels that come with so many cats. Tues night we was woken up by cats meowing so loudly you'd think they was sat outside your room, not once but 3 times. We still have till Sunday afternoon yet so if there is anything else I'll let you know. Oh by the way we are cat lovers ourselves but leaving there scent over everything is not nice. To the manager. You have a lovely hotel, get rid of them cats or Employ a cat catcher and ask your kitchen staff to close the lids down on the food early in the morning so people who do come down for breakfast later will have warmer food. Sorry will I come here again, no is the answer.

My partner booked a five day getaway for us. The hotel was absolutely beautiful especially on entrance. The chandelier was something I have never seen in my life. Hotel room was a good size and clean. Couple times we were in the room and the cleaners would just open the door without knocking. tut tut tut. I just wanted to relax, swim, steam room etc. Literally within an hour of us arriving we were being pressured to book a hammam massage. The next day we found out it was literally half the price across the road. We booked it with our rep in the end and didn't see him again after that. Anyway I will get straight to the point, as a black couple we were stared at by other people there, staff and visitors. There was only one other black couple and they experienced the same thing. The food was terrible and most people we spoke too said the same. They all ate out of the hotel. I will not be going back there. Got hassled twice to book a flipping massage.

Excellent Over all was perfect and we had a good time special worker on restaurant they were really really hard worker excellent

Staff awful. Food shocking. Drinks were horrible. Overall a shocking experience

Good clean rooms

Chambre tout à fait correcte, salle de bain avec douche et WC séparé par 1 porte de taille confortable. Restaurant avec grand choix de plats , desserts dont baklava, des fruits et boissons ( Ayran aussi) ... Plusieurs salons pour boire 1 café avec pâtisseries. Seul bémol : la piscine extérieure fermée ( c'est vrai on est en Novembre ) et les draps n'ont pas été changé alors qu'on a demandé le nettoyage de la chambre.
