The location is strategically connected to Teraskota so it's not too boring, the room is clean, I'm just a bit doubtful whether the bed sheet is changed for each new guest because it has a strange smell, the room also needs a freshener, the sound of outside vehicles really penetrates the room, the sound of the AC is also quite disturbing, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel stay was ok, the hotel is a little jaded and during the stay the room besides was making lots of noises till 4am.. have to go down to the reception to get them to assist. Didnt have good rest there. Reception during that time wasnt that friendly or shown any concerns. Overall still giving a good rating since the day reception staff were good and friendly.

Location was good beside TerasKota mall. Room was small for an entry room. Surprisingly there os only one socket to charge handphone. The other socket is in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. Service was average.

Location is great just beside the mall. The only concern is parking fee which is not convinient for the taxi since they have to paid when they pick up customer from the hotel. Some online taxi not willing to pick up and it makes the waiting time so long

Karyawan ramah anak & cepat respon sewaktu kami butuh bantuan. Kamar bersih, fasilitas bagus, lengkap (ada hairdryer). Resto nyaman (ada playground). Menu sarapan banyak pilihan, semua enak (ada apem & waffle). Anak saya 15 bulan sarapan bubur ayam kuah soto, buah potong pepaya & melon. Lobby hotel punya spot foto estetik. Akses langsung ke Mall, staycation terasa lebih menyenangkan, tidak perlu bawa cemilan dari rumah, ada supermarket & banyak alternatif pilihan tempat makan. Turun naik dari kendaraan online aman misal kondisi hujan tidak khawatir basah (bisa dari depan hotel atau depan Mall Teraskota).

Semua pegawainya ramah, sarapannya bermacam”, jadi satu sama Mall Teras Kota, cuma kalau malam minggu di Malll Teras Kota ada live music jadi suaranya masuk kamar, tapi tetep bisa tidur nyenyak karna kamarnya nyaman
