After a day of sightseeing, stroll the sidewalks of the nearby village of Banner Elk and enjoy one of its fine restaurants. In winter, you are just across the street from Hawks Nest Tubing and only a short drive to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Beech Mountain Ski Resort.
