Kids will LOVE the upgraded bunk room with tube slide, TV, and arcades. Everyone can enjoy a dip in the indoor pool and outdoor patio hot tub. Set up a camp fire out front in the awesome fire pit. The back deck captures a great view of the Smoky Mountains and includes a propane grill. Families will enjoy the views, the pool, and the area for a great getaway near the Smoky Mountains. Accommodations include: > 4 bedrooms - Main Floor Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom + walk out to back deck with Smoky Mountain views - Custom Bunk Room Room with 3 full size bunks + Tube Slide + TV area + Pacman Wall Arcade - 2 upstairs bedrooms with queen bed each and shared full bathroom > Covered Patio with Hot Tub > Indoor Pool Room with heated pool and custom wall mural > Outdoor Fire Pit Area with surround seating > Rec / Game Room with multiple arcade systems and TV > Open concept main floor with living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen The Booking Guest must be at least 21 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with the property manager. We use an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez, and will provide guests an OwnerRez Rental Agreement link to the rental agreement after booking. Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 12 people for this property. -> PETS: This property is dog-friendly! Please keep in mind our pet fee, which is $50 per dog per night. We allow up to 4 dogs for any booking. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking. If a pet is added after the time of booking, a payment request will be sent for the pet fee.
