Regarding your comment, we are sorry that you did not like the location of the breakfast room and the bathroom in the room, for your information, this distribution is something usual in Spain. On the other hand, we would also like to apologize for having found a hair on your arrival, the cleanliness of the hotel is something very important in our daily work so this type of incidents do not usually occur in our day to day (score of 4.54/5 in cleanliness).
