Not located in the city center but attractions are within 2km, cheap price, spacious with limited services, they only clean the room and change the towels every 4 nights. Love their kitchen amenities, I could cook in the apartment when it's too tried to go out for dinner.

If the ridiculously exaggerated €200 security deposit for a one night stay isn't enough to put you off, then it is very likely that other aspects might. Check in time was slow, and once done, the main courtyard has all the aesthetic appeal of a 1970s maximum security prison. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, almost like an overinflated, hard air bed. Feedback from the sofa bed sleepers in our room was equally negative. This was made worse by the fact that there was not enough bedding/sheets/pillows to accommodate the 5 people in the room. Reception was closed, and noone answered the telephone when calling for the required linen. Bathroom ceiling was black with damp mould. On the plus side, the location is good and parking wasn't unreasonably priced - however there are much, much better options available, and I certainly would not entertain a return visit.

Apartment was great value for money. Fully equipped with everything you need and a good size fridge. Dishwasher was a plus. Supermarket is within walking distance. Underground parking available. We were within walking distance to the main tourist sites. The staff is very helpful with whatever you need and they’re very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and go back.

L'appart-hôtel est environ à 20 mn du centre ville et des principaux sites touristiques. Le logement est spacieux et très propre. Le personnel de l'accueil est très à l'écoute. Nota ; pour les sites Cathédrale et Alcazar faire les réservations à l'avance

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Séville à pied. Les appartements sont spacieux, propre avec tout le nécessaire (climatisation,grande salle de bain, chambre spacieuse, literie de très bonne qualité). Un rapport qualité/prix imbattable.

Pulizia scarsa dell appartamento dalle stoviglie agli asciugami all ascensore , i tavoli, tutto, porta d ingresso con la chiusura difettata , ambiente rumoroso clienti che urlano di notte e di mattina alle 7.30 Iniziano i lavori con l utilizzo del trapano, inoltre all arrivo ci hanno chiesto una caparra non prevista. L unica cosa buona è posizione

Très bon accueil en français. L’appartement était propre et fonctionnel. Très très bien situé pour visiter Seville, tout est à 10/15 minutes à pieds. Quartier animé. Seul bémol, appartement mal insonorisé. Vraiment ravis de notre séjour.

Está ubicado en el barrio de Triana, lo elegimos porque cuenta con estacionamiento en el mismo edificio. Está cerca de muchos bares y restaurantes. También a pocas cuadras del centro histórico, al que se puede ir caminando perfectamente. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. La Cocina está provista de todos los elementos de cocina y hasta lavavajilla. El único punto negativo es que había mucho olor a humedad.

Residence bien située à Séville, à 15 mn à pied du centre ville. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Quartier très animé. Commerces à proximité. Spectacle de flamenco proche. Appartement bien agencé mais manque de luminosité. Canapé-lit très inconfortable. Une bouilloire serait un plus. Personnel professionnel et aimable. Parle français. Bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour en famille à Séville.
