Corral del Conde is a beautiful 16th-century building located in central Seville, 2625 feet from the cathedral. Apartments and studios have views of the charming central courtyard, filled with plants and flowers.
The peaceful garden courtyard at Apartamentos Corral del Conde features its original fountain, chapel and bread oven. All accommodations opens onto the gallery which runs around the courtyard.
Each air-conditioned apartment and studio offers a TV and a kitchenette with a microwave, hob and coffee maker. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and toiletries.
Corral del Conde is within a 15-minute walk of Seville’s main shopping area, the Giralda Tower and the Alcazar Fortress. A wide range of bars and restaurants can be found nearby.
Bicycle and car hire can be arranged at reception, and airport transfers are available on request. Staff can also provide information about the city.

Apt#33 opposite the fountain, first apartment up the stairs. Absolutely beautiful and relaxing space. Well done up and presented for a 16th century building. The property is gated and opens into a courtyard with a fountain and trees. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and I felt safe as a female solo traveller. Enjoyed waking up to hear the birds chirping, having a coffee seated in the balcony first thing in the morning. Walking distance to many sites. Grocery store just 40mtrs away. Conveniently located. The owner was present to welcome me, take my baggage to the apartment and provide an intro. Please advise your ETA and once at the door, call on WhatsApp to be let in. There are permanent residents in other apartments who have been residing there for a number of years who are very helpful if you happen to meet them for a chat. However be mindful it is accomodation with those who permanently live there and be respectful of their homes.

First of all: we like our stay and the city a lot. The apartment itself is really nice but needs a bit more cleaning as there is Hair in the bathroom and pretty much dirt in and at the fridge. Anyway, things Like that happen and do not worsen our holidays at all. The communication with the manager (?) was fine although we dont know who we talked to. A name would nice to thank the right person. The apartment got almost everything you want. A pair of scissors would come in handy ( or maybe we didnt see them?). We love the Apartment and are enjoying our stay there. Thank you! Checking in is so easy as you get all Info you need. Grocery Store just around the corner. Sights as well. Bus stop too. What more would one need?!

A unique experience, highly recommended. After two weeks in Spain of busy sightseeing, the Corral del Conde offered a sanctuary of peace and quiet. The apartment was small but had everything we needed, and the atmosphere is so good that we decided to stay in for two of the three nights we were there. The local supermarket in the nearby Ponce de Leon square had an amazing array of fresh food, so we created our own little dining experience on the balcony that runs right around the building. It is also close to most of the major sights of Seville so walking is very easy.

Petit studio au calme, dans un environnement merveilleux. C’est au centre de Séville et on rentre dans un havre de paix derrière une grande porte. Dans l’appartement très propre il y avait ce dont nous avions besoin. Devant l’appartement un balcon avec une tables et des chaises. Bref tout pour passer une petite semaine extra!!

Un apartamento bien equipado (aunque en mi opinión la cama y el sofá son mejorables), en un corral de vecinos precioso y muy tranquilo. Muy cerca del centro de Sevilla. Además a pocos metros hay un supermercado que abre todos los días y que te facilita el avituallamiento.

Penoso que el turismo que se queda en el corral no respete el lugar y a la gente que vive alli de manera permanente. No es un hotel!. Llegan arrastrando maletas en un suelo de piedras cosa que esta prohibido, las puertas de salida las hacen giratorias no se si en vuestras casas se compartan de igual manera. No es un hotel y seria genial que respetaran mas el cuidado del monumento y a la gente que vive alli. No hay por qué aguantar que importunen de esta manera en el lugar que uno vive, hay que respetar el lugar donde vive el otro. Es ya cansador el turismo que no respeta una sola regla del lugar. A ver si espabilan y traen no solo las ganas de vacacionar sino tambien las ganas de respetar.

Al entrar el sitio se transporta a otra época, con su patio interior, lo que mejor tiene es la ubicación. La chica que nos recibió muy maja y nos recomendó sitios muy buenos para comer. Pero deben mejorar en limpieza y cuidado de los detalles: 1. La lavadora y los cajones de la cocina estaban sucios de grasa 2. La funda del nórdico del sofá cama y las fundas de las almohadas de la cama, tenían agujeros.
