Warning To all Northern Europeans that enjoy air contained rooms, DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL, the air con in this hotel can only be set to hot or cold, we slept in a room in Feb that at night was in excess of 26 degrees, our (room 517) was on the front of the hotel, the window partially opens to allow some air into the room, but you then have road traffic noise and the bar opposites noise until after 1am each night, I struggle to understand that if our southern European friends visited us in the North and we had no heating on for them it would be a problem. Between my wife and I we have stayed in over a 2000 hotels worldwide for business and pleasure over the years and this has got to be one of the poorest I’ve stayed in, our kids got us the trip to Seville as a Christmas present and the only thing we checked was that it had Air Conditioning which it shows on the website. If you look through the comments you will see that the deputy director said he would look into it two years ago but it would appear nothing has changed because ALL rooms need to be either heated or cooled ……… how crazy is that, Ibis and the developers of this site have done a terrible job in relation to the HVAC in this property. On the second night we asked for a portable fan but they don’t do these either, so much for doing something surely this should be the minimum. Location is at least a 25 minute all to the main attractions so very poorly located. We walked an average of 6 miles a day at least 1.5-2 miles walking back and forth to the hotel. Drinks prices are not budget Johnny walker and dash of sprite 12 euros Breakfast avoid Santa Gloria bakery cafe is just across the road. Staff all pleasant though. Will be visiting Seville many more times in the future but will not be staying at Ibis.

location is good just 10 minutes walk from bus and railway station, buffet breakfast choice is less , room is not small , poor experience is no water suddenly during taking shower, call to reception few times but nobody answer, it's so embarrassed

Location is great near the main train station. The reception very help us to booked the hotel, really nice and helpful. Overall the hotel is great!

Location is a 20mins walk to the city center, simple buffet breakfast, friendly receptionist. Room is simple and basic, most importantly it was clean. Microwave and water cooler available for use at the cafe located next to the lobby. 10mins walk away from Santa Justa station

Cute hotel. The rooms are decently big to have luggage and even move around. No kettle or coffee in room which was a bit of disappointment but they have water filter on every floor so that was a plus. Toiletries not provided in room but you can ask the reception for toothbrush etc. location is a few hundred meter walk from Santa Justa Station. Cathedral is walkable as well. Takes about 20 minuets to reach. Other attractions are also explorable on foot.

The hotel is near the station but far from the city center. If you don't mind walking, it takes about 20-30 minutes to reach the city center. However, the cleaning service at the hotel is very poor. I left the hotel room at 9 AM and placed a sign requesting cleaning. When I returned at 4 PM, the room had still not been cleaned, and the cleaners were busy with other rooms on the 2nd floor. I then asked the hotel receptionist to request the cleaning service again, and left the hotel for shopping and dinner. When I came back, the room was still not cleaned. I went down to ask the receptionist again, but was told that the cleaning service only operates until 2 PM and claimed that I had put up a sign asking not to clean the room. The staff simply passed the blame to me, which was totally unacceptable! El hotel está cerca de la estación, pero lejos del centro de la ciudad. Si no te importa caminar, se tarda unos 20-30 minutos en llegar al centro. Sin embargo, el servicio de limpieza del hotel es muy deficiente. Salí de la habitación del hotel a las 9 AM y coloqué un cartel solicitando que se limpiara. Cuando regresé a las 4 PM, la habitación aún no había sido limpiada y los encargados de la limpieza estaban ocupados con otras habitaciones en el segundo piso. Luego le pedí al recepcionista del hotel que solicitara nuevamente el servicio de limpieza y me fui del hotel para ir de compras y a cenar. Cuando volví, la habitación aún no estaba limpia. Bajé a preguntar de nuevo al recepcionista, pero me dijo que el servicio de limpieza solo opera hasta las 2 PM y afirmó que yo había colocado un cartel pidiendo que no se limpiara la habitación. El personal simplemente me echó la culpa, ¡lo cual fue totalmente inaceptable!
