Cape Santa Maria Beach Resort & Villas

Awful place. Bungalow was old and falling apart. Overflowing shower, towel rack not attached to the wall, safe broken, door would not lock the full time we were there. Maid service was sporadic and never brought enough towels. No tissues all week even asked and were given toilet paper and paper towels, large pile of dirty beach towels left on the beach all week no staff picked them up. No privacy for the scheduled massage and it was in our bungalow!!! Restaurant was out of chicken the first night, bacon the next morning, salad, hamburgers, Mac and cheese, coleslaw and Salad the rest of the week. No wings, no burgers, NO SALAD and NO BANANAS!!! How do you run a place like this!! Really awful service too. Nobody is happy everyone looks like they aren’t glad you there. Can’t get anyone to help you if you need something. This is our second time there first time was fabulous. That’s why we returned. Also the beach is stunning, but they don’t own the beach so if you’re going just for the beach go, but if you like all the other stuff that they say they have don’t go. .

We spent a wonderful week in the beautiful, relaxing, friendly Cape Santa Maria. Our comfortable bungalos was right on the spectacular crescent beach. A peaceful experience with plenty of marine activities and just reading and relaxing on the beach. Excellent dining in the beautiful restaurant/bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Driving around the island to see amazing cultural, recreational and dining experiences was fun. This was our 6th spring trip to this amazing resort.

This was our 5th visit to Cape Santa Maria. The resort location is stunningly beautiful and completely relaxing. When talking to other guests, there were no first-timers. Everyone had been there multiple times. Even the sailors anchoring in the bay keep coming back. We were there for 10 days and totally relaxed and decompressed from the hectic work-life at home.
