Occidental Sfax Centre recensioner

Centrally located and big room. Parking bit issue but fine after hours. Walking distance to medina.

The location is very good, not far from the louage station. It is convenient to call a taxi. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Four star hotel with reasonable charges, large room with office desk. Breakfast is foodful and different fresh fruit.

Recommended . Staff could be more nice though

房間有點小，但還可以，衞生也還可以，早飯不錯。停車方便。酒店服務態度很好。。

酒店位置在市中心去哪都比較方便，房間非常大，陽台非常棒，設施有點舊了

L’accueil n’est pas terrible sauf au restaurant vraiment un personnel super, l’accès à la chambre était compliqué pas de clef obligé d’aller à la réception pour qu’on nous ouvre la porte constamment apres nos sorties, piscine pleines de pigeons (voir photos). La ville n’est pas propre …

Leider wird der durchaus gute Gesamteindruck durch eine überforderte Dame an der Rezeption getrübt. Angeblich kein Wechselgeld Und wortlos den Rest einbehalten und keine Quittung ausgestellt!!!! Wo das Geld wohl landet? Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Sicherheitsdienst.

房間很大很乾凈,還是聯通房,雖然從外邊看很陳舊,但是裡邊還算精緻,比較安靜還有個大陽台,適合晾衣服。

房間很小，空調也不能隨便調整，弄得很高科技，其實是畫蛇添足

Good central location, but female receptionist made it feel like I was staying in a hostel, not a hotel. I was staying in Sfax to see my sister but my sister wasn't allowed in the hotel and we had to sit in reception to speak to her. Then, when I enquired how much it would be for her to use the pool with us, the receptionist lied and said it was closed for a month. Not sure why the lifeguards were still on duty and people swimming if it was closed. During the night, very very loud music came from a neighbouring property. Fortunately I was very tired and slept through but it was horrendous like there was a rock band next to my bed. The fridge wasn't cold and the towels very scratchy. I wouldn't stay here again.

The occidental Hotel sfax center offers superb service, luxurious rooms, and delicious dining. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is perfect for exploring the city and the staff was remarkable. Highly recommend for a memorable stay !

A good hotel but a little tired in places. Excellent food and beverage, great hot water supply. Woman on reception in the morning and early afternoon is a disgrace. She is rude and contemptuous to the guests. Gentlemen who replace her in the afternoon are very helpful. Management please take note...the red haired woman on reception is a terrible ambassador for your hotel and clearly hates her job and the guests who visit your hotel.
