Next to the mall and free parking. And on our last night at the hotel, we bought some pre-packed durian and help hotel to freeze for us, they are very helpful on that. Good experience on spending my time there

Everything was perfect. The room was clean & spacious. Location was very strategic. Hotel linked to shopping mall. Easily went to shopping mall by linked bridge.

New hotel, very clean. The room is big and clean. Hotel is near to shopping mall. There is no public transport near to the hotel. The pool is small and the landscape not so nice.

Fuss free and great environment. My 2nd trip in this hotel.

Awesome.. we manage to check in 1hr 30mins earlier than the usual check in time..  Love the calming n relaxing toiletries range.. There’s a link bridge attached to the Setia city mall.. Overall perfect short getaway for me n my family

Without saying, world class standard.Breakfast spread damn syiok and great. Hotel next to big shopping mall great for shopping, entertainment and food.

Very good in handling guest request.. During my stay i requested for anniversary decoration, late check out and the staff fulfill it.. One thing spoilt was the shower room smells not really good.. It smells pee.. So i request staff to clean it again.. Within minutes all settled.. Thanks for the fast cooperation..

I also booking 2 more rooms for my clients, they thoroughly enjoyed their stay❣️ In addition, I must praise the service of all the hotel staff and front desk staff. They are patient, friendly, dedicated and have a great service attitude. I will come back here again 🥰

The swimming pool was totally closed for private event. I'm so disappointed. Location is perfect just next to the shopping mall & walking distance to the conventional ventre.

First time stay here. overall is excellent. room was spacious. clean, tidy n also big bathroom. many choice of food during breakfast. location is very near to setia alam shopping mall and can walk there using connecting bridge at 2nd flr. Recommended👍👍👍
