Surprising hotel in Shah Alam. Spacious room with bathtub. Clean room. Big swimming pool. Buffet breakfast with wide choices. Carpark needs to be kept clean though.

Have given a 5stsr review to this hotel before and once again giving them 5stsr.. keep up the good work

Strategic location. Just a walking distance to mall & have 2 food truck area nearby the hotel. Nice view of masjid shah alam 👍 breakfast is ok. Parking is free for in-house guest but the ramp quite narrow. Overall good.

We had a nice stay in the hotel, but i think they need to have more people at the receptionist/check in counter as the que is quite long during peak hours. Breakfast was good but too crowded during peak hours. Overall its a nice stay.

Second time stay in this hotel. Location-wise this hotel is in the heart of Shah Alam. I even got a room with the Blue Mosque view. So breathtaking. At first, the bathtub in our room was out of order. We reported to the receptionist and they quickly respond and sent their technician to fix it. But since the problem needed longer effort and time to be fixed, they offered us to move to a new room. The staffs were efficient and attentive. Food, shops and restaurants are easy access from this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to the traveller who come to visit Shah Alam.

Ok hotel. For the value, i would say reasonable. Breakfast was decent

Everything goods.. nice to stay.. view from hotel room very nice.. u can see shah alam mosque from ur room.. so many food shop near area hotel..just walk around 5 minute.. near police station, near rosyam mart.. everything near from concorde hotel🥰🥰....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At first we have requested high floor and been told by the counter that there’s no high floor option available anymore. So we’re ok to go with the lower one. After that we realise the room on the lower floor is SO DIRTY. Cockroach EVERYWHERE IN THE ROOM even on the bed! This is really unacceptable! So we went back to the counter for changing room. They agree to change room for us and is exactly the same room with higher floor. I don’t understand why they want to cheat that high floor is not available anymore. The front desk not even feel sorry to us. No apologies and compensation at all. Definitely won’t come back to this hotel again.

The room is clean. Breakfast is okay.

The view from the 12th floor overlooking the mosque is quite exciting, the accommodation in the center of Shah Alam is comfortable and clean. Plenty of multi-level parking spaces complete with electric vehicle charging facilities. The food and drinks served are also delicious and appetizing

Nice for travelling to Shah Alam for business use.
