The hotel is grand and beautiful, and the decorations have a Chinese New Year atmosphere. I would like to express my special thanks to Gary the manager in the lobby, who can speak fluent English and has provided me with a lot of help. I will still choose to stay here in the future.

The hotel was recommended but I was a little sceptical, howerever upon arrrival in the room I was totally entusiastic. Great room, clean, spacious and cozy. Very much enjoyed the stay.

I am very happy to say that this was one of the best hotels i ever been too. Very convenient with the restaurant below and shopping mall. I would like to just point out that the staff at the reception need to be a little more prepared and that you put a security guard because on the day we were there one drunk guy was insulting the ladies. Very bad look.

Excellent location and great hotel! We will definitely stay there again!” Things I like The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. only one person speaks english and the payment was refund when you enter it is very hard and the bank fee is stealing 100% of your refund so not recommended

I’ve stayed in this hotel 4 times since opening and the service quality has steadily improved. My only real complaint is they regularly break Shanghai law but allowing people to smoke in their lobby and throughout their hotel. It’s pretty disgusting. There are ashtrays everywhere that openly encourage it. I expect this type of thing in the Chinese countryside, but not in Shanghai and not at a hotel that is otherwise quite nice. The “non-smoking hotel” tag should be removed from this property.
