Service was fine, room was big and balcony I liked it but since it’s an apartment why not keep pans in rooms or in storage if someone asks for what to use when they want to cook, I mean you take deposit! This Should strongly be put under consideration! No full mirrors, just for toilets 😏 no speakers, soaps are tiny and no laundry detergent! For the price all this should be included. Cleaning part I give it a 5.8

i extended my stay at this hotel again, unfortunately the service has become worse and worse. cleaning service is very inconsistent. each day when i leave, i remind them to clean the room and today is the second day that the room hasn’t been cleaned. when the room is cleaned, toiletries such as handwashing soap, shampoo and body wash are not replenished. even more basic things such as toilet paper are seldom replaced. extremely disappointed.

Nice, spacious and clean room. The kitchen is not that functional though. They don’t provide any cutlery or crockery just 2 glasses and nothing else. I also wish the room had a full length mirror but besides that it’s a very nice hotel. Note: You have to pay a deposit of 200RMB when checking in.

I had an amazing stay at this service apartment , worth the money I paid for . The room was fantastic with a kitchen, bathroom, fridge , microwave . I had a good stay and slept like a baby . I will definitely book this place again in the future .

Front desk counter staff were nice and friendly!! Apartment is very clean and spacious, lots of food options within 10mins. It is conveniently located 10 minutes away from Metro Line 7 and Line 13, with convenient transportation and easy access to major food options. But the kitchen is not functional as they don't provide crockery and cutlery. We will stay here again. thank you!

Spacious room that comes with washing machine, induction cooker and refrigerator. Big space enough for both of us who bring bulky things during winter. Distance to nearest subway is about 2 junctions away (5-8minutes). Overall good.

House keeping was good. Room was very spacious and we love it. Nearby alot of eteries, hotpot and bbq. Near to Lawson and family mart too Short 5 mins walk to the train station. Love the stay.

This serviced apartment is the adequate choice for a tourists, a business person or a family, visiting Shanghai and nearby cities for over a week. The rate is very competitive, cheap but of course this is not luxury. Still it is modern and clean. Service at reception is very attentive. Too bad that the kitchenette is useful for reheating take out food delivery and not usable for cooking as there is no cooking ustensils, forks, knives, or chopsticks available in the apartment.

Here’s an updated review with your note added: --- I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. It had a microwave, refrigerator, small kitchen area, and even a washer and dryer right in the room—a rare convenience that made a big difference! The staff were all very helpful, especially Miss Zeng, who went above and beyond to assist me. I had a delivery waiting in a locker with instructions only in Chinese, and she kindly helped me retrieve it. Her attentive and friendly service added a personal touch to my stay. P.S. I forgot to take photos of the room, but trust me, it's really a hidden gem! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.
