Suju Service Apartment (Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone Zhoupu Wanda)

Staff was friendly and they used hover boards. I was surprised about this. But the men who used the hoverboards are really talented and friendly. Anyways, the check out was also smooth. I had the housekeeping sometimes advice to clean the table, cause sometimes they forgot about it. Towels were sufficient. The staff was funny, professional and talented. The quality of the washing machine wasn't good, cause it's running with cold water. Clothes weren't clean after washing. I CAN RECOMMEND TO USE HOT WATER FOR THE WASHING MACHINE. Detergent was free of charge.

Room: The original room I booked quite old and the toilet in the bathroom did not flush properly. So , the staff then upgraded the room for me which was newer, cleaner, more spacious, and in better condition. The room also have a refrigerator and a washing machine, but no iron. However, in both the original room and upgraded room, the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, and the hot water took several minutes to warm up. This could be an issue for guests staying during the winter. Location: The property is located in a commercial building directly connected to a shopping mall, making it very convenient with plenty of dining options both inside the shopping mall and from surrounding street vendors and supermarkets. The metro station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In front of the apartment has a variety of children’s play equipment, which kids really enjoy. And Zhoupu night market is about 15-minute walk away , where you can find plenty of local street food, clothing stalls, and restaurants. However, the apartment building is mostly occupied by local Chinese residents, and there are small businesses such as nail salons and massage shops on the same floor as the daily-rental rooms. As a result, the walk to the room feels a bit less private. As well as food delivery riders can also take the elevator directly to the guest floors since many residents frequently order food delivery. The hallways and elevators are quite old. Overall: The room offers good value for money with an excellent location and easy access to food and transportation.

The room is good and spacious , the seevice also very good, but the building is a run down and it is not well-maintained. The location is good downstairs is the subway ( about 40mins to get to the city) and Wanda Plaza which I think it is convenient , our room is on the too floor, it has the smell and feel sketchy every time we walk in the hallway.
