XHMC Apartment recensioner

Good for solo travel or 1-2 people. There is a supermarket nearby but metro stations is a bit far (around 10-15 minute). i stay for 4 nights and I think it’s worth

If you wanna experience living in 2 m wide-length room. It is the hotel. It is a tiny room but u will feel quite specious because of good layout.

Clean rooms, lovely service, convenient moving around. I love this room .

The rooms are super clean and they are so kind .. They respond to your request as soon aa posaible.. They treat me like their own people.. I love it and next time am coming back here its so sweet as it sounds in the name.

Heater is working well during winter. I love the washing machine facility as well. Walk out from the compound turn right, at the second junction turn straight again is good place for food and morning market. Metro station is 1.1km away from the accommodation, not near. Check in counter is different from the place you stay, need to call the front desk to register your check in if the staff is not there, the office door was locked when I was there at 6.30pm. Overall stay is good.

Location is very far from metro. Host is very helpful. Even pay for my transport to the metro.

The best place in Shanghai for long stay, the staff is so helpful and kind the location also amazing As a new visitor to Shanghai Mr.Jimmy in the reception helped me so much and more than I expected

房間很乾凈，給的也是一次性浴巾比較方便衞生。門口出門就是外賣櫃子，很方便，旁邊還有一個咖啡店。剛好是來參加演唱會，那個咖啡店就有應援活動，還是蠻方便的。服務人員態度也好，熱水沒放出來也立馬過來查看了。

整體體驗非常棒，很安靜，門口有外賣櫃和外賣架，點外賣很方便。房間很乾凈，有洗衣機冰箱，性價比非常高的loft，獨自出行或者和朋友旅行很好的選擇

ที่พักอยู่ห่างสถานีรถไฟ 1.2 กิโลเมตร สำหรับเราเดินเป็นประจำเลยรู้สึกไม่ไกล ระหว่างทางมีสวนสาธารณะตลอดข้างทาง เลยเดินได้แบบเพลินๆ แต่สำหรับคนสัมภาระเยอะ ไม่ชอบเดิน คงไม่เหมาะ มีสถานีรถประจำทางอยู่ไม่กี่ร้อยเมตร สะดวกสำหรับรถบัส สาย 66 สะดวกดี มีซุปเปอร์มาร์เกตอยู่ข้างๆที่พัก สะดวกมาก มีร้านกาแฟ เบเกอรี่ 2 ร้าน มีร้านอาหาร 1 ร้าน บรรยากาศรอบที่พักปลอดภัย ไม่เปลี่ยว ถึงจะกลับมาดึกๆก็ไม่น่ากลัว การเข้าที่พัดมีระบบความปลอดภัยสูงด้วยระบบสแกนหน้า เข้าห้องมีรหัสพาร์สเวิร์ด ภายในห้องสะดวกสบาย มีกาต้มน้ำร้อน เครื่องซักผ้า ตู้เย็น อยู่คนเดียวสบายๆ พื้นที่ไม่อึดอัดเลย ห้องน้ำสะอาด น้ำไหลแรง เตียงนอนขึ้นบันไดอยู่ชั้นลอย เตียงใหญ่นอนสบาย มีฝุ่นจากผ้าห่ม ที่นอนนิดหน่อย เหมือนฝุ่นจากผ้า ในห้องพักเปิดประตูไปมีสวน เลยทำให้มีแมลง แมลงวัน ยุงในห้องบ้าง เจอแมลงสาบ 1 ตัว พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้เลย แต่มีเครื่องแปลในการสื่อสาร ทำให้ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร แม่บ้านไม่ได้เข้ามาทำความสะอาดทุกวัน เราพัก 4 วัน 3 คืน ไม่ได้เข้ามาทำความสะอาดเลย คิดว่าต้องแจ้งทาง Wechat ถ้าต้องการให้ทำความสะอาด แต่เราไม่ได้ใช้ห้องสกปรกเลยไม่ได้แจ้ง แต่ถ้าเข้ามาเก็บขยะทุกวันน่าจะดี มีน้ำดื่มให้ 2 ขวดในวันแรก วันต่อๆไปถ้าอยากได้เพิ่มต้องแจ้งทาง Wechat ไม่ได้เอามาให้เอง ผ้าเช็ดตัวเป็นแบบใช้ครั้งเดียว จริงๆควรเอาน้ำกับผ้าเช็ดตัวมาให้ทุกวัน โดยที่เราไม่ต้องร้องขอ นี่คือสิ่งที่อยากให้ปรับปรุง โดยรวมส่วนตัวชอบที่พักนี้ เพราะเราไม่ได้คาดหวังการบริการเหมือนโรงแรม ราคาคุ้มค่าสำหรับพื้นที่ห้องกว้างกว่าที่อื่นมีพื้นที่ส่วนตัว ความสะดวกสบาย เครื่องใช้ในห้อง มีห้องน้ำส่วนตัว ปลอดภัย บรรยากาศรอบที่พักดีมาก
