Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Pudong Airport

Stay at this hotel as flying off early morning. Room is average but breakfast is good.

Very clean and new hotel. Good for transit traveller since there is no shuttle bus to nearest subway or bus station. Good breakfast for international traveller. Shuttle bus service to/from airport use the same bus as RAMADA hotel. For those who arrive at T2 in PVG Terminal, you will go to arrival gate no 27 on the 1st floor and wait for shuttle bus on schedule to pick you up to this hotel. Some noise from airplane is still heard in room, but we are very tired, so we did not use provided ear plug. Restaurant, fitness and laundry room for guest use are on the 2nd floor. Vending machine is in the lobby. Staffs is nice. They walk out their way to help me order deliveried food in Chinese apps and send to me in room by robot. All in all, I recommended this hotel for transit traveller.

I was booked and changed for a room from the 26th to 27th February. I noticed this on trip.com and cancelled it straight away before the cut-off time of 8 pm. All evidence is a screenshot. Their policy is screen shot which states cancel before 8 pm for a full refund I also booked my flights back to the UK on the 26th of February. Therefore, I did not need the room( I didn't book). I had a taxi from my sons in shanghai to the airport at 9.30 pm on 26th February so I was ready for my flight All screen shots and evidence of booking in at the airport in pudong. However,the holiday inn said that I had booked in with them at the same time? And refused my full refund and then offered £5? Trip.com has all the evidence but keeps coming back and forth with offers of £5 or £10? I have tried contacting the hotel, but they do not speak a word of English and refused to pay me I booked through trip.com for added protection, but Despite trip.com knowing I cancelled before 8pm and should have the full amount refunded without hours and hours of going through the same thing. And despite trip.com knowing I had already booked in at the airport as they have evidence. They still won't refund me knowing I wasn't at the hotel? It's ridiculous

Very nice hotel but a little bit far from the train station named Haitiansan Road Exit 1 about 600 meters.

Fantastic breakfast. Good quality room. Excellent free transportation to Pudong Airport (which is a 10-15 min drive away).

Great location with superior service manner and comfort airport shuttle bus every 30 minute from early in the morning.
