Perfect for overnight stay if you are flying next morning. After landing in terminal 1, I went straight to information desk and asked them to call hotel and get information for pick up. Was instructed to go to gate 9, within 10 minutes bus came and picked me up. Took around 15 mins to reach hotel and check inn was easy. Hotel arranged bus for next morning to catch my flight with no problems. Would recommend this hotel anyone with early flight to catch.

I went on a family trip to the airport. It was only 20 minutes away from the airport. The room smelled very bad because it was opposite the elevator, which was a smoking spot.

Stayed here one night to catch up on my sleep after the flight from the US. It's not as close as I thought to the airport.

It was raining when I arrived and the first room they gave had leaks and the floor was wet. The front desk was very nice and helpful and immediately gave me another room. The room is nice and there are shops nearby.

I strongly recommend you to stay in this hotel if you have a flight near Pudong airport the next morning. It’s clean nice close and which is even better they offer pick up and drop off service. Staff is friendly and nice but they don’t speak English. I kindly ask Trip customer service staff to call and arrange everything for me. I loved this hotel and I loved trip.com even more.

I was at this hotel for a night, the best service and kind staff I’ve ever come across ! So service-minded and everything was perfect. Definately recommendable to every one and location is perfect if you have a next day flight 😊 And the facilities are clean , the bed was excellent. Breakfast was included

I give the entire credit for my enjoyable stay to the amazing staff. They are one of the best I have ever encountered throughout my global tour. Facility-wise, I may have a few reservations. However, all of that is easily unnoticeable, thanks to the amazing staff.

Very nice hotel. I love the location. It's nice and quiet and close to the international Airport. The staff was very helpful. And then there is the beds. Best bed I had in a hotel for a very long time.
