Shanghai Stylish Pied-a-terre at Jingan central (West Nanjing Road) recensioner

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for 5 nights on a business trip and loved it. The location was fantastic; just a few minutes to the west Nanjing road subway which has 3 service lines. It's in the French concession so there are many heritage buildings that add a rich flavour to the city. Apartment itself is located in a modern condo block and the property was spotlessly clean. Loved the two king sized beds and also floor heating. This will be my top choice in winter!

This is a really comfortable apartment in a great location. Transportation to everywhere is made really easy with the West Nanjing Rd subway just across the street. There are 24h convenient stores and a large western supermarket nearby for grocery shopping. The inside is spacious and has a decent kitchen and a convenient set up of a bathroom, large closets, and 2 large bedrooms with king beds. We were here for a work trip and stayed for about a week and the amenities are complete to serve the apartment as a home away from home. The host is very responsive and accommodating and she also provides clear instructions for check-in/out and for the usage of all the equipment in the apartment. Thank you, Faye. Highly recommend and will come back again in winter to try out the floor heating!

Trip did not send us any instructions nor access code to the door, we took about 30mins to find the place after getting off the taxi, with our luggage with 2 kids in tow in the cold it was quite chaotic. I had to roam to call the owner to ask for the door code. Anyway, the owner was really wonderful who will check on you and give you good advice. The house was lovely, just that one needs to manage electricity usage because when we used kettle and hairdryer with all floor heating turned on max 25degC, it tripped a few times. But it was easy to turn the electricity back on and stagger the use of appliances.

During our recent visit to Shanghai, we had the pleasure of staying in a stylish two-bedroom apartment downtown, and overall, our experience was wonderful. The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing ample space for our group. The two bedrooms were comfortable, each with cozy beds and plenty of storage space for our belongings. The living room was tastefully decorated, and the large windows offered stunning views of the Pudong skyscrapers. The apartment came with a good range of amenities. The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances, allowing us to prepare meals and snacks during our stay. The apartment was very clean. Faye was always available for any assistance. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Will come back again.

We stayed for a couple of days and loved it! The host (Faye) is super responsive, and communicative. Things we love, 1. It is very spacious! Large bed, many room for luggages, big sofas to chill on and watch TV. 2. Amazing view of the city from the 31st floor. 3. Well equipped kitchen. We didn't cook but it is nice to know option is there. 4. Love the location! Plenty of local eateries and restaurants right at the doorstep of this condo. 5. Super clean and we felt right at home!

地點位置在市區南北高架下面蠻方便的、是一個比較舊的小區、但開門後溫馨就是一個家的感覺、缺點就是晚上小區還有出電梯到房門口沒燈～房主很親切，晚上房間露台夜景很美，另外用步行能去到好吃湯包店很方便

一入住就給房子的景觀和視野迷住了。房子在高層，一望出去就是上海魔都的景色，很漂亮。房子非常乾淨，然後設施和圖片一致，是我喜歡的高雅風格。整套公寓很寬敞，我們4人行都住的很舒服，性價比很高，比周邊小小間房的酒店更划算。入住過程很容易，房東發的入住指南很詳細。。。沒有別的啦，一切都比我想的更好。贊。

房子離自然博物館很近，交通也很便利，但是唯一一點就是冷，空調和地暖不能同時使用，房東提前告知我們，我們在出去玩的時候，把空調關上，打開地暖，然後等回來的時候跳閘了，入住的時候正好趕上上海下雨，在屋裡我一直穿着羽絨服，一直暖和不起來，因為太冷，凍感冒了，我們提前一天入住的是迪士尼附近的民宿，那邊是中央空調，暖和的都可以穿半袖，樓下是全季，我們打車等待時間，我去那邊全季躲了會雨，那叫一個暖和，房子格局還有地理位置都很不錯，樓下有個小便利店也是很方便，就是取暖有些差強人意，主要是凍感冒了

首先位置優越，北京西路和南北高架的交口，去哪裡都方便。高層視野開闊，晚間夜景非常棒！房間的隔音效果好，雖然在交通要道，根本沒有什麼噪音，小朋友睡到自然醒。 房間面積大，標準的兩室一廳，80平米左右。樓下的全季酒店房間面積衹有20平米。房東非常用心，房間新裝修，設備也新，各種陳設也看得出來很用心。 總體來説，性價比非常高。環境好，設施棒，衞生好。非常棒的體驗，下次還會選擇這裏。

房子位置很好找，房東給的路線圖清晰明瞭，周邊地鐵出行非常方便，房間設施齊全，品質也很好，下次來還會入住。

상해 중심에 있고 지하철과도 거리가 좋아서 위치적으로 너무 좋았어요! 관광지들이랑 거리가 가까워서 지하철을 타던 택시를 타든 가격이 너무 좋아요!!ㅎㅎㅎ 그리고 큰침대2개가 방별로 나뉘어 있어서 가족이나 친구들끼리 방을 잡을때 정말 최고예요~ 방도 넓고 옷장도 커서 짐을 풀기에도 너무 좋았어요!! 집주인분께서 추천해 주신 식당도 너무 맜있었고, 드럼 세탁기도 있어서 거주하면서 옷도 빨수 있어서 너무 쾌적하고 좋았습니다:) 그리고 31층에 있어 밤에 내려다 보는 멋진 상해뷰가 아직도 생생하네요ㅎㅎ아마 다음 상해에 오게된다면 또 이집으로 잡을것 같아요~~! 추천합니다!!

很愉快的民俗體驗！我們一家4口都住的很舒服。公寓樓層高所以景觀好，很有上海魔都的感覺！交通方面非常方便，走路到南京西路地鐵站很近，我們到新天地，音樂學院和外灘都衹是1-2個站。最後，房東很熱情也推薦了周邊好玩好吃的地方。很值得推薦的公寓!
