Mer än 800 per natt, inget varmvatten för dusch klockan 7, rummet är inte ventilerat, TV:n kan inte tittas på, det finns myggor i rummet på hösten...

Jag beklagar verkligen att ni hade en dålig upplevelse under er vistelse. När jag såg er kommentar ville jag kontakta er så snart som möjligt för att be om ursäkt personligen och förstå era behov. Tyvärr kunde jag inte kontakta er. På grund av plötsliga omständigheter slutade varmvattenkontrollsystemet att fungera, vilket resulterade i att rummet inte hade något varmvatten under en tid. Jag ber om ursäkt för besväret. Vi kontaktade underhållspersonalen för reparationer så snart som möjligt för att säkerställa att det inte blir några fler problem i framtiden. Samtidigt har vi också förberett en vattenkokare för kokande vatten i receptionen för nödfall. Hotellrummen kommer att ventileras för att säkerställa att varje rum är transparent och torrt. Det har regnat i Shanghai i många dagar nyligen och luften är kvav. Luftkonditioneringens avfuktningsläge kan slås på i rummet. Eftersom butiken är nostalgisk finns det inget sätt att titta på online-TV på TV. Om du vill titta på vad du vill kan du casta skärmen. Hotellets omgivningar är inte bra. Det finns en grönsaksmarknad mittemot. Det kör förbi alla möjliga typer av bilar hela natten. Jag sov inte bra hela natten. Endast lämpligt för personer som åker höghastighetståget.

Boka inte sidan nära vägen, det verkar vara en marknad, det börjar vara bullrigt klockan 5, jag kan inte sova alls, det är lastbilar och det skriks.

Tyvärr hittade jag inte era kontaktuppgifter. Dubbelrummen i butiken ligger i princip nära vägen. Rummet har bra belysning och ni kan även se Suzhoufloden. Fönstren i rummen är alla gjorda av ljudisolerat glas, och ni måste stänga fönstren innan ni går och lägger er! Samtidigt finns extra ljudlösa öronproppar och ångmasker tillgängliga i lobbyn på första våningen. Receptionen finns tillgänglig dygnet runt! Om ni har några frågor under er vistelse kan ni kontakta receptionen för att lösa era problem så snart som möjligt och aktivt tillgodose era behov. Om ni kan hoppas jag att ni kan kontakta oss och ge oss en chans att be er om ursäkt personligen. Badrummets tak är fullt av små flugor, och rummet luktar illa när man kommer in. Jag gillar det inte.

Rummet behöver också öppnas för ventilation varje gång det städas. We spent our family holiday trip in this hotel in Shanghai. The hotel service is great as we got in Chengdu branch. This is what we would like to share - The location is good. It is less busy than other hotels but very convenient to get to the Metro or wait the taxi. - The staffs are very supportive and energetic. - Drinking water and popsicle are free which is very nice for summer time. - Self laundry service is a bit busy but staffs are always checking the status and manage to move the clothes from washing machine to dryer. - They usually offer some lovely supportive stuffs for us like the attached photos - Oriental breakfast and fruit are various to choose. Highly recommend the nice place 😉

I have stayed in lots of hotels around the world. Can surely say this one is almost perfect. I have some small details that I’d like to be better in the hotel but I guess for the others they are not serious. Can honestly recommend this hotel!

The hotel room is nice, tidy and clean. Very close to the metro station, all staffs are really friendly, easy access to laundry which is good for tourists that travelled around in China.

The hotel is quite friendly environment, they located opposite go Metro Hanzhong line 2,12,13 very easy to access everywhere in shanghai, to Disneyland, To people square, nanjing road, the bund, also to the new pudong area, Haichang Ocean Park, Astronomy Museum, …. Hotel offers free mini bar, snack, free laundry, i gave tip 100¥ to Room service for appreciated their service, surprisingly, they returned with kindness greeting words. Staffs don’t speak english but no issue, they have translate machine, no issue in the communication

Location is very convenient. Outside the hotel has a train station, local wet market, and some restaurants. There is a small shopping mall within 5 minutes walk. Room is very spacious and clean. There is a toilet bidet inside. Outside the hotel, there is a view of river as well. Photograph as attached. Staffs are also very friendly. Would come again.

Plus, if you're taking a cab, you’re only a few minutes away from all the popular landmarks and attractions in Shanghai. It's an ideal spot for both sightseeing and business trips. 2. Friendly and Super Helpful Staff - The staff here truly made my stay memorable. From the moment I arrived, they were all wearing smiles and greeting me like a friend. Every time I returned to the hotel, they were there to make me feel welcome. Whether I needed directions, restaurant recommendations, or help with anything else, they were always ready to assist with warmth and efficiency. 3. Nearby Amenities - There’s a lovely river just behind the hotel, perfect for a relaxing walk or jog. It’s a great place to unwind, especially in the evenings. Additionally, there’s a kids’ playground nearby, which is perfect for families traveling with young ones. It’s a nice spot to let the kids run around before heading back to the hotel. 4.
