This edifice of a hotel is simply exceptional. The service team, the residence, the dining options, the facilities, the amenities, the location, I can go on an on. I didn't even have enough time to enjoy all the offerings. My family was quite over the moon with our stay. We were visiting from Canada and cannot wait to return. I highly recommend anyone weather it be business or leisure visiting Shanghai to put the Radisson collection at the very top of their list. With two days here you feel so relaxed and pampered that it feels like you've been resting for over a week! Oh and the hotel location in my I'll opinion is excellent because of the quiet surroundings. We were very happy to take rides to the Bund and escape back from the overcrowded downtown back to our solace in the hotel. I don't usually review hotels but I just have to give it up to the management and the entire staff from the room maintenance, check-in, dining and facilities and management. You're doing an exceptional job and I look forward to returning soon. My next trip here I will make sure to stay even longer as it feels like home away from home 10/10 . Oh and the buffet dining options are excellent!

This hotel is perfect if you are looking for a gateway from the busy city life with your family, friends or as a couple. As soon as I walked through the entrance I exclaimed “Wow” and “Wow” again when I walked into the apartment we booked. Everyone is super helpful, they cater to the needs you have and as a mom traveling with a baby I needed a few things. Thank you for helping me make this Birthday stay extra special by decorating the living room, writing a card and getting us a cake all at no extra cost. The apartment was huge, super spacious! On the bed it was me the baby and my friend and we still had space, the bathroom was very clean and had everything you’d need. If you order online a robot delivers your food to your room door. So lovely! We almost missed breakfast on one morning and we called for room service, they brought us everything we asked for even though it was at short notice. I’d go there again if it wasn’t so far.

Amazing hotel!!! The Fourier was breathtaking! The staff were so friendly and helpful and spoke great English! The only bad thing was that the air-conditioning didn't actually cool down the room so it was bit hot to sleep in. If not for that then 5/5!

Excellent hotel, great facilities and helpful staff. The room was very clean and modern. The swimming pool was also very clean and fresh.

Everything about it was great apart from the location because it was far from everything. Required a minimum 2 hour car ride to get to PuXi and is also far from the airport. Keep that in mind if booking. Something else is that our room was very big (we had an apartment room) and the heater was not able to heat up the room properly so we were constantly cold. We had to wear warm clothes in the room at all times.

Spacious and very clean! Location a bit away from the lake, but you can get around using Didi or shared bikes easily. Buffet breakfast ok. We didn’t manage to to try their buffet dinner because the restaurant had been booked for the upcoming couple of days, so if you’re staying there during any holidays, make sure you book it ahead of time. The pool is nice but the hotel guests leave a mess in the lockers area :(

Great place to stay if you want to get away from the busy city center and enjoy relaxing walks around the lake after work. Close to the airport with many options to eat around.
