I had a great experience at the Kimpton Hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The service was consistently excellent. One of the highlights was the pool — it offers a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Amazing pool and facilities. Haven’t got the chance to try their signature cocktail at le salon chloe tho. Will definitely visit again!

Very nice hotel the staff is great and the swimming pool along with the restaurants are the best things about it, rooms are also large and comfortable.

Excellent services! All the front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Staying continuous 3 nights in such prestigious branded hotel without regret, I ve checked in with an upgrade and late checkout from the morning and the overnight staff. A surprising souvenir offered from Leon, and the door man was also helpful to carrying our luggage and directing the taxi direction. Very much enjoyed the fresh fruit to start cycling each morning, I'd suggest to take sporty route nearby. Then the hotel maybr can offer a little more mouthful healthy snack to make Hampton morning tradition more attractive. Overall, we pretty enjoyed the stay and will come again next time! Thank you for the services!

Charles, Ken and Caroline facilitated my check in and out really well. I had a really enjoyable time resting in the hotel and no regrets choosing kimpton. I will come back again when I do travel more in Shanghai.

One of the most brilliant hotel of the world!!!

We loved our staycation at The Kimpton. The pool is fabulous (however the entry to the pool via a shower whilst carrying belongings is not an ideal process), the buffet had plenty of options, the staff (particularly Luca) were extremely attentive and helpful. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Will definitely stay again

I’m staying here for one night, I was informed by the staff that photography is not allowed in the lobby, which I don’t fully understand. I felt it was rather inconsiderate, especially when I saw other guests taking photos in the same area. I am a PAYING guest here to STAY at the hotel, not just to visit the bar, and I believe that should be respected.

Stayed with The Kempton for a little staycation, and was bowled over by this place! Absolutely stunning!

It was great overall. They gave me several desserts for my birthday , they put effort into it which awesome. Their bathroom was probably my favorite thing about the hotel. I wish they would ease up on the regulations for swimming, a lot of effort just to take a dip. Overall a good stay and I’d probably stay here again

Super great to have a nice unwind during a business trip in Shanghai

Although my stay was good ! but there's some point that has disappointed me. I wanted to use swimming pool but do to typhoon they closed open swimming pool. It wasn't raining and the wind wasn't so high but they still closed it for 2 days. Also there's no movies on hotel tv and I cannot connect my Apple tv although the tv has this function but they blocked it sp i couldn't connect to the tv and broadcast the movie on tv . The problem this hotel is new but the sealing in common areas is leaking and I had drops dropping on my face at common places , not in the room. The room was good and fine. Breakfast was ok. But I kinda wanted fresh juice. Stuff in hotel was nice but they recognized me and told me about seeing me somewhere before in various locations, I didn't feel comfortable because I prefer to be anonymous in hotel and this one is not cheap. And I want my privacy and anonymity i don't blame stuff but this is just my note. And there was a note that i can use shuttle bus to the shopping mall which is around 17 minutes walk but when i ask about it the staff said its not available on weekends. Then i asked maybe they have car to drop me to the shopping mall they said they don't have. Just saying Because I couldn't rent a hotel downtown for the same amount of money of a big chain brand and get outstanding service but I think the price of this hotel is overpriced. Although my stay was good and I reserved complements from hotel which I thankfull. And the room was clean and high technology.

Nice new hotel but far from a top hotel for me. Location is not my favorite and the hotel has no vibe
