The hotel’s location was convenient, close to major attractions and public transportation. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options, and the service was prompt. The only minor downside was the slow Wi-Fi in some areas, but overall, it didn’t affect my stay much.

We wanted to explore the outer area of Pudong and see what the area had to offer.  Staying for two nights, and following our usual modus operandi, our search parameters include Suite and price!  We opted for the Berksey.  On arrival, check in was easy and the staff were very nice.  The room was quite adequate, although it is looking a bit dated compared to the photos.  Overall, however, it was quite comfortable and served the purpose of allowing us more space at a reasonable price.  Breakfast is available in the hotel and was good.  There are a few good restaurants around the hotel and a 15 minute walk brings you to a shopping mall that has a wide range of choices.  Not much to to in the area, so would recommend the hotel for stays of a length necessary in the area.

The worst in hospitality services! They just completely ignore your calls and even in an urgent situation, they just don’t turn up. I called her, the front reception many times but she was totally ignorant and oblivion to the urgency of my calls.

it’s a good place to stay . the hotel stuff is welcome and room is the same as photo . every day cleaning and ok maintenance. free breakfast and convenient store on the ground floor .

Everything about the place was great, the breakfast quite decent selection. Unfortunately staff doesn’t speak any English so communication is made trough a translation app. There is a minimarket right at the hotel, the area is very quiet and the metro is not far. Washing machine was a plus, the gym needs more cleaning though, so does the floor in the room. Overall very good hotel.

The best service and best location in all the hotels I have stayed in! Miss Song is the most impressively professional hotelier! She stands apart from all the others! 5 Stars services from her heart! Competent and efficient is her name! I will definitely return to them again! Not even the service from Japan can surpass her!

My special request was ignored despite an alert saying it would be honoured after booking, which was odd yet typical. Very spacious rooms but I kinda hated the way they were designed. Bathtub was the smallest I’ve ever seen, useless for adults. Bed was cheap, shower was right beside the door so the hallway got wet even with a closed door. Bidet on the toilet was nice. Small stove and washing machine might prove useful to many guests. No robot butlers, deliveries must be fetched downstairs

I could hear the neighbors snore next door. Noisy neighbors overall. The room smells like dust. Plastic cups to drink coffee out of. Old smell.
