Hanting Hotel (Shanghai Pudong Airport Shixin Road) recensioner

Room is very clean. Location is good as there are many food options downstairs. Shuttle bus pick up when i arrived and next day shuttle bus sent me to airport. Good service. Counter staff are also very helpful. They asked about my flight schedule and would remind about breakfast and shuttle bus timing. Self-service laundry very convenient.

The hotel is very clean. It's very convenient to stay there when traveling at Shanghai Pudong. I took the airport shuttle bus. The receptionist was amazing in assisting with the bus service.

This place was still about 30 min drive from Pudong airport so it was further than we thought, but luckily it has a free hourly shuttle that drops off at both terminals so that was great. We checked in late at night and planned to stay one night before an early flight out in the morning. The AC was broken in our first room and we found out only after we had already unpacked. Since it was already 11:30pm, we asked if we could switch rooms and if we can leave our stuff in the first room and pack it up in the morning. Initially they said yes so we got into the second room and started getting ready for bed but then they said actually we needed to pack up the first room (AC still broken) because other guests were checking in that night. At that point it was close to midnight and we did not want to pack up so we just slept in the room with the broken AC and opened the window (which faced a wall). Made for a lousy night of sleep but at least it was only one night. Also the bathroom smelled smoky even though it was a nonsmoking room. Front desk was swift in responding and helping us find another room and offered to help us pack up for the move but they were clearly overbooked for the number of working rooms.

Booked this hotel for my parents for 1 night near the Airport. It was great stay.

Good location in a small mall where you can easily eat. There isn't small fridge in the room. Shower box without door, the shower was directed to where the door would be, what means all bathroom floor wet. No one in the reception desk speaks english., however, they used a translator and were very helpful.

Good and friendly service! The room is clean and cozy. Wherever we are, Hanting hotel is the best choice.

With the price we have paid is considered acceptable. Just want to feedback about the free bus ride to airport. Bus condition is bad, driver is not helpful.

Room was decent, we stayed one night as well are connecting to our upcoming flights. Easy to commute to the airport and their shuttle buses even made our trip easier! Definitely gonna choose to stay here if we got a second chance.

I had to leave at 5am to catch a flight. Some hotel guests got a breakfast bag, but not me. What up with that?

Decent hotel for half a day. I booked it because it’s near the airport and my flight was at midnight. Room is spacious and newly renovated.

Front desk v badly trained. Instead of attending to guests checking in they picked up phone calls asking for cancellation!!!!

The hotel is nice, the staff friendly and the rooms are decent. However, the airport transfer was horrible. The bus was too small, some other guest had to stay in the van. The driver did not assist with the luggage. An old lady had to lift her heavy suitcase by herself. The driver was to lazy to give her a hand.
