Yuexian Boutique Apartment (Shanghai Nanjing East Road)

We stayed here as a family for three nights, and it was an excellent experience overall. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. We especially appreciated the generous supply of fresh towels and bottled water, which were replenished daily. Having a washing machine was also a big plus. The apartment had a kitchen, which is a great option, although it didn’t come with cutlery or cooking utensils by default. That said, they made it clear that anything needed for cooking could be provided on request. The location was fantastic—very central and close to everything, with an amazing view of the Bund that we really enjoyed. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly smooth and simple, and the staff were very accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than the official time. The only small downside was the initial entrance experience. Since there’s no dedicated reception area, you walk into a general office space that feels a bit odd as the “welcome point.” It worked fine, and the staff were kind (even storing our luggage before check-in), but a more welcoming designated area would improve first impressions. Overall, though, this was a very comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment had everything we needed, the location was perfect, and the staff were helpful—I’d definitely recommend it.

The apartment is in a great location on the Suzhou stream, not too far from good cafes and bars. Small shop within the building is handy and the gym is actually quite good. It’s incredibly quiet in the apartment and the lifts here are very good for China. However, this is not a 2 bedroom apartment. There is one bedroom, with a large bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bed is in the front room, along with the couch and the kitchen area. To use the bathroom from the front room, you have to go through the bedroom of the other people you’re staying with. Huge problem, making for a really uncomfortable stay. The kitchen has absolutely nothing in it - some mugs and nothing else. Washing machine is good though!

We enjoyed our stay their room was very spacious and comfortable and had full kitchen amenities however it had no kitchen supplies so if you’d like to cook something other than microwave, you must bring your own plate, silverware, etc. It had a beautiful view of the city it had all of the basic needs such as a washing machine shower Two nice size beds that were very comfortable with great bedding and pillows. The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive they also exchanged money for us. There is a market downstairs and it is a nice quiet peaceful building. Overall, we really enjoyed it enough to cancel our future booking at a different place and come back and stay at the same place. They also provided us with luggage storage and had great plugs for international travelers. Blackout curtains for peaceful and quiet sleep tons of closet space and a little dining area as well as shoe rack. The views from the room were spectacular.

It's a very good place to stay. The room has 2 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 4 people. But we stayed only 2 people. The room is spacious, fully equipped with amenities. There are 4 bottles of water, refilled every day. And change towels every day. Good location, near tourist attractions and shopping malls. Near the Metro, just 10 minutes walk. But we only take DiDi. The room has a very good view. You can see the Oriental Pearl Tower and Shanghai Tower. The view on the other side can see the bridge and the river. It's very beautiful. The price is affordable. The owner is very good and can speak English.

We stay at this room for 2 nights. That was a nice place. They located was near Qifu station about 5-600 meters. You can cross the bridge to qifu station. and they have the mall near the station too. The place was quiet. So It’s just suitable for the group who don’t want something loud. And the room has many space for 4 people there. Host always reply and help us too. Thank you!
