Primus Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao is a five-star luxury hotel located in the Hongqiao business district, just a short distance from the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. As one of the premium hotels in the area, it is designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers, offering a blend of comfort, convenience, and world-class service. During my recent stay at Primus Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao, I had the opportunity to experience its facilities, services, and overall atmosphere. This review covers my impressions of the hotel's location, accommodations, dining options, amenities, and service quality

Everything was great apart from the location, which is really far from the center of shanghai where everything is, as well as the AC not working well during winter (in the apartment room) and we were cold.

A huge hotel, very near the Metro and there are lot of variety in their breakfast buffet

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Selected it because of the location - 10 mins drive from hongqiao station, which is essential if you intend to do day trips via high speed rail to areas nearby, e.g. Suzhou, Hangzhou, etc. Breakfast selection was superb. Wide variety. Egg station was available - they even served poached egg. Lighting in the bathroom was great for applying makeup. Rain shower was strong.

Excellent value for money hotel: cosy room, great bathroom with fully separated toilet. Efficient check in and check out and nice swimming pool, less than 2km away from Hongqiao airport and railway station. Highly recommended

One of the most modern and clean hotels i’ve stayed in. Many different cuisines just right outside the hotel, with macdonalds and a lawson convenience store just 2-3 minutes walk away. Free breakfast was good, and staff were professional and friendly as well! Both the interior and exterior of the hotel are incredibly well-designed :-)

Hotel was very new and clean and luxuriously furnished. Super value for money as the price was good and the experience fabulous

Hotel is nice , however facility such as swimming and sauna were closed without previous information, restaurants also closed during our stay . Very big space and clean

Amazing hotel if you come to shanghai for some fair! Really convenient location and many restaurants nearby.

Very good experience. Hotel conveniently located to metro station. Service was good, rooms cleaned each day. A few restaurants close by. Breakfast was very good with many options, both Chinese and Western.
